In this video, we persue Black Rock Bass and catch some lingcod as bycatch. Fishing in the Kelp is fun. We used jigheads and that one technique where you cast. I still smell like fish.
Great respectful communication and language. Nice tonshare with your lady instead of leaving her at home. She is 99% keeper, but she made you leave before limits. Nice lings! Thank you for sharing. ++
I had a 76 Gregor with a 25 Yamaha 2 smoke.
Great video, can’t wait to get back to neah bay in the spring
Awesome! I used a 25 on mine for a few trips way back when. We hauled!!!

Where are you at out there where it's that calm every time we went it choppy and rough
How do you specifically get black rockfish? I fish marine area 5 and can only keep black and blue but get every other rockfish
It seems like when you fish shallow it’s mostly black rockfish (where we are)
What kind boat is that?
When was this? Looks fun, are you west of the boat launch there. ?
It was mid sept during the coho run. Yep you got it on location
Perfect conditions!
could you share where did you launch your boat bro?
In sekiu. Look that place up there’s only two launches within a mile
Tell us more about the boat and setup ?
It’s a 14 foot Gregor with a 15 Merc
How deep where you fishing?
Up to 40 feet as little as 15
We use 100 pound test they still snap the line
They’re fun aren’t they?
If your line rubbing on the broken Guide then hold your rod sideways
