Nothingness is the best. While I'm resting this whole week I'm planning the Hobbitiest Hobbit Day ever. September 22 is going to be the coziest solo movie marathon ever. Second Breakfast, elevenses, all the things including Lembas bread. 🍃

You made me run to my bookshelf because I have a Children's book from 1928 titled "Shoes and Ships and Sealing Wax" by Ethel Clere Chamberlin. The book was a 10th birthday gift to my father in 1943. Yes, the title is in reference to the Walrus from Alice Through the Looking Glass. It's a compilation of stories told by a grandfather to his grandchildren Bobby & Sue. I looked it up online, and was surprised to see so many copies in as good condition as mine. Have a wonderful week! Lovin' your pumpkin shirt!

I just got caught up on a week's worth of videos in one sitting to find out you're taking some time off...dangit! Shoulda taken it one day at a time to catch up lol! Hmmm i would love to give myself a day of rest...but when i don't get everything done Saturday then Sunday cant be restful... I dunno, one thing at a time. I'm still focusing on the daily morning and night routines. Getting a couple hard workouts done in the morning last week really made me feel pretty good at work those days. Progress is being made. It's getting less difficult. The only conundrum left is how to get out of bed on time instead of two + hours late on the weekends 😂 kinda messes everything up! Lol
I’m glad you’re here! Thanks for sharing your thoughts around rest. I wasn’t able to rest on Saturdays until I developed my Sunday reset routine. That allowed me to relax knowing that I have a system to get the critical things done.
@@Eryykc I think I probably have to do the opposite cause I just can't rest knowing the list of things I gotta get done, ya know? The dread weighs heavily in my brain and I can't chill. So Sunday would have to be rest days for me. Which means Saturday is chores and whatever I didn't get done during the week...the getting them done is the difficult part lol Thanks for all your sharing and suggestions! It's been incredibly helpful and has inspired me to take a different approach and mindset to things which has made all the difference!
