Bought an 06 GMC LBZ with 221k for right at 21k egr delete, aftermarket exhaust and manifold, larger air filter, lift kit, aftermarket wheels. 1 owner. Flew out to Seattle and drove it all the way back to Ohio (about 2,400 miles) drove perfect. Completely hooked on them now.
I got mine for $7,500 , was used as a hotshot truck , maintenance records like crazy, has 340k miles but runs like a truck that you know would take u from New York to Cali and back
Yup I paid $11 plus tax, title, plates ..etc 259,500 miles I got to replace all my suspension but I cant wait till it’s riding like a new truck it’ll be worth it to me
Not a bad deal brother. They sell here in Nashville for as high as 25k+ even with 200k+ miles lol crazy😭 I got mine for $10,000! Here’s the video on how I did it! ruclips.net/video/AjGwdTlkDsw/видео.html
Not a bad idea brother. They are amazing trucks and offer a lot of potential but I would definitely stay more towards the 20k range. Also around that price It shouldnt have more than 150k miles and hopefully is a more stock truck.
@@thatguytray Well I did it, and I couldn’t be happier. Found a local 2006 crew cab LT3 with 169k miles. LBZ duramax runs amazing, pretty much bone stock minus a Magnaflow exhaust and K&N intake. Within budget too, under 22k!
@@Strokin383congrats, got my lbz 120k immaculate service history and not a spec of rust anywhere. Have done basically all of the reliability mods and keeping it at that.
Solid video, Bro! You hit all the major reasons why these trucks are still so popular. I love my LBZ!
I have had 3 lbzs so far and I am literally hooked on them. My current one has 325k and no issues at all. Absolutely love it.

Same. About 4-5 yrs ago before the craze took off and these trucks were everywhere all over the south cheap. 400k on the clock now.
I bought my 06 for 4k. It was a ranch truck with 280xxx now has 308xxx. It was a ranch truck so it was a little rough but slowly been fixing it up.
Makes me feel better for getting my 06 LBZ for 11k with a clear blue tittle a month ago. Texas has cheaper prices

Considering selling my 16 Silverado 1500 Z71 Midnight edition for a clean rust free low mileage 06-07 LB7. Expecting to pay 20-25k What do you think?

@@thatguytray There's a GMC extended cab located nearby, 101k miles LBZ 4x4, no rust at all. Almost looks showroom. Issue is they're asking 24,850
