  • This iPad Pro 11" 3rd. generation came in with a no power, not charging issue. That can mean a lot of things but we will have to dig deeper than measuring current consumption to find the answer.

He has the same iPad, but the second generation works normally, but it does not connect to the wired headphones. I tried everything. You can know the problem if it is U2

I have an issue with the brightness of my iPad Pro screen. It's very low, and I can't see anything except the startup Apple logo. After that, the screen remains black. I don't think it's a battery problem because I can hear the charging sound when I plug in the charger. Yesterday, I replaced the battery, and everything was working fine, but after reattaching the screen, this problem occurred. It's the IC Power that's the issue??plz answer me

When the logo comes on at first is it also dim? If so, then you likely have a backlight issue either on the display or the motherboard. On the board it is usually a diode/diodes or the backlight driver itself. If the logo is bright during boot up then you likely have an image related issue.

@@GoCellPhoneRepair and after 3 days I no longer see the logo
could this be the power supply IC?
Or could the problem be with the screen and I need to change it? I have had this new screen for 3 months :((((((

I have same iPad 12.9…if u plug it,it shows NOT CHARGING.
But if u use a Usb C to C connection it will charge alright but the problem is that it can’t be detected by a PC..
It’s not the port cause it’s alright.
Only charges on USB type C to C cables and can’t be detected by PC.
I’m thinking either the 610A3C or the CD3215C00..
Remember the major problem is it can’t be detected by PC.
    Pls help.

If you know that the board is good then you may have a problem with the battery or charge port.

Could be charging port, charging circuit or battery circuit. Have to open and test lines

I had a 12.9” 3rd gen would’nt charge and replaced by Apple care, got another one and now this one is starting to not charge unless I hard reboot, WTF Apple. What are they doing giving me a refurbished model?

Replacements from Apple are usually refurbished in my experience unless the device was recently released. They may be presented as new (to you) but no way they are going to eat the cost of a brand new iPad every time a customer has problems. I’ve seen them come with moisture damage from day one so luck of the draw is a factor when/if you have to swap yours out. 😕

@@GoCellPhoneRepair well luckily they still allow me to pay a monthly fee for Apple care. It stinks cause these are not cheap 12.9 pro 512mb cellular almost 1700 dollars. Well they swapped me out another one and so far so good 🤞
