Pluto Critique-A Journey Of War And Hate

Pluto was originally a manga written by Naoki Urasawa (the author of Monster) from 2003 to 2009, and it's Urasawa's newest work to get an anime adaptation (which doesn't happen very often) which was released by Netflix in 2023
When I use the word "Critique", I mean "An evaluation of the work's merits and demerits, flaws and excellence. Where it shines and where it fails, and whether or not it has reached its full potential"
And just like before, this is a critique and evaluation from my viewpoint, based on my parameters, standards, and expectations. I try to be impartial as much as I can, but not "objective", this isn't math.
