I removed external plugged ins like mouse USB socket for charging, mic, mini table ac .. and restarted.. it instantly started. Thanks for video and info too. Hope my solution will be helpful to few.

Actually you have no idea about that issue. Literally this problem causes for hard disk.
So you have to do..
Nothing just check your both cables which are connected with your hard disk. Remove it and Plug it properly. Problem solved!

Bro doing good, I've installed windows 10 in my HDD but on restarting the loop again turns to installing new windows, then I watched the several videos that when it goes to rebooting after windows installation plug out the usb, I did this and hoping to find a positive outcome, but suddenly this UNDI error came I literally was annoyed after too much hard tries then I find this video I didn't see the whole video and got an idea 💡 that I didn't select the boot sequence which is causing this error I selected Internal HDD and booom 💥 all things started up properly 🎉. Literally a tough day 😅
