is it just me or does asking group members to interpret each others behaviours seem like a surefire way to start an all our war within the group? I mean, look how sarcastic Ken was about Barbie ;) Imagine that kind of snide shit in a real group. Then you have to manage infighting.
No. And what would be the issue if there was a disagreement between two people? It's just more to process. But, I think you might have missed a video on 'The Group Agreement', it's the first one video in this series, it explains what a process group is, what we're trying to do (and get members to do), and defines how the group agrees to participate.
