The Crawlers at the very front into the Fire by Red on Round 4 is to bait more of the enemy army into the fire. It's not something you'll see every day but it can work really well, notice how two of the three middle Firebadgers end up in the fire too because of the pull.
Loved the Round 7 play, was a great attempt to answer the Mustangs and late Chaff. It's a one-and-done play that'd never work twice but if you only need to win one round it's incredibly powerful!
Really good reads Round 8 by Red, shielding the copy cat play into his own flank with those deep shields.
Ah, great observation about the round 4 crawlers from red. Such a subtle (and a bit counter-intuitive) move but it makes sense!
The amount of disrespect I put on fire-badgers when they first dropped was disgusting.
Now I know better. The two units I thought sucked the most (sabertooths and Badgers) ended up being my 2 of my favorite units up to this point
That's a sign of good game design, where every unit has a use but not for everything.
I thought typhoon was the future. Firebadgers are insane with range and ground burn
