Hey. Here are my personal opinions. Speed 4 in regards to Boston 12: 1. Less stiff 2. More bouncy and soft 3. More versatile but not as stable 4. A more accommodating upper that fits the foot better, but maybe a snugger fit. 5. Lighter and more speedy. To me the Boston 12 is just a lot more like a daily trainer with som speed capabilities. Wave Rebellion Flash 2: 1. Less rocker, less stiff 2. Softer, but not necessarily more bouncy. 3. More versatile at different speeds. 4. Both very nice uppers, but the Flash might be a bit narrower. Very small differences. 5. Different sensations, but same type of speed. The Flash 2 has a little bit less versatility here, because of that fun rocker design. Lars

Sizing question - I found the Speed 3 a bit narrow in the Metatarsal area. If you compare the 2 insoles is the V4 wider?
