@R1987R True load times add about 1-2 minutes depending on hardware. I recently farmed this night before last and got 500 souls in 2 hours rather than 600 but that’s still great. Mind you i got hunted 3 times so that slowed those runs down.
its even faster if you use the soul harvester blue print with the new gunscreen that comes with the paranormal investigator bundle. Soul harverster causes double souls to be dropped. the gun screen automatically collects all souls.
Well, if it's in DMZ.. if you bring in a gun with that gun screen, it will have to be insured which can take an hour for the gun to be available. However, if you just get the souls and exfil.. it will be slightly slower than this method due to the wait time for the chopper and/or running into players camping exfils.

I have been grinding on shipment for souls. 18 per match. And dood that's been a lot of grinding haha. I. Glad u figured out a shorter way to do this. I need about 600 more to go. Thanks man GGs

Having a long standing love for "farming" my mind immediately goes to Borderlands, and my location... Farms, we got lots of 'em... So, I gotta say, you triggered me into something that I did with that game esp BL3, but never this one... It didn't even occur to me. So... per your video, I wanted to see, is this in fact the fastest way I can collect souls and earn the coolio camo ya know?! ran standard multiplayer matches - you can get 18 per match - so I wanted to see how long it would take to get 25. I started the stopwatch at clicking "start match" 18:16 from that to picking up 25-- funny part about multiplayer is that you have to kill every player on the map at least once to get them all... that's a cool touch. Now, for DMZ I hit the stopwatch to start at clicking "deploy" and I did exactly as you... load in with nothing, Vondel - get to work. I lasted exactly 4:13 seconds the first match. I got 4. second match I got 22, but it was not fast or easy, and in total took me 36:55 to collect 26. So, for me... twas not the fastest. Not even close... But, that's on me cuz I died. It happens right? Anyway, the clear winner in terms of time was MP. However, IMHO - your approach was a cluck ton more fun than grinding MP. And, it gave me a totally new way to think about hows I can play DMZ. So thanks and GG'z

I tried this and accidentally assimilated, we then got hunted, killed the hunters and I exfilled with a 3 plate stealth vest, large bag, cash and guns...oops
it's kinda fun tho, NGL. And you can pick up some sweet contraband guns too. No shortage of Hemlocks and Kastovs to bring back if you can exfil after. Side note: if by some accident you hit Alt+F4 on your keyboard, you keep your collected souls. But that would never happen especially if you get downed by an enemy player and had spiteful thoughts.

Last night I managed 480 sould in 3 hours thanks to this and kitted out 3 operators on the soul loot path! I am happy to say I will get this camo before the time runs out and it's thanks to you. I did that with the soul harvester yesterday on Vondel, was able to obtain the 25 souls in 6-7min every time and then exfill, so it like 10min per game.
I’ve mined 1k souls in lockdown quads with 1v4 which helps lesser time in respawn and quick matchmaking as everyone is playing the same. It took me around 6 hours in total to get 1000 souls 😅
When I watched this I thought it was a bit boring but actually its kind or liberating to go in with nothing and not really care. Best option I found was to do a stronghold and the reinforcements just keep coming. I even got a few missions done without trying too hard.
After they upped the soul cap vondel is definitely the way to go, more fun too I found going for raid weapon stash contract works wonders; lots of bots AND u get packs and 3plates
yea.. seems AI drop fewer now.. watched Phix's stream.. he had to kill 81 AI to get 25 souls.. thats more than 1-3 drop rate.. maybe Vondel ??? is higher drop rate ?? no clue, been mostly on Al Maz.. so maybe that makes a difference as well.. which map you choose..
Nice Video! Would be much better and challenging if we had to extract the souls, instead of 1000 souls, why not 100, but with the spine chilling of exfils everytime
BTW and heads up, as of tonight you now have to finish Warzone matches in order to get your souls. You can no longer leave once you get the 25 and be able to collect them. I just played 3 in a row to prove it.
When i unlocked Serpentine i thought it may of gotten updated and become a little reactive... But its just plain asf and we had to grind like hell for it 😐 this camo... You legit just kill bots and you get it.... And it looks better than Serpentine 😭 lmao
What I do is loot aquarium with better weapons and vests, and farm ai’s souls. Also get one contract and with enough cash, buy personal and exfill. Disguise sometimes helps. Repeat.😂
I have been doing the resurgence route jumping in and pushing into observitory and running through the tunnels, getting souls from chests and then checking nearby buildings for chests and once I have max I usually get killed and then when I drop back in I find someone to kill me before the timer is up and I do it all over again.
@@pu239 it's an MW3 pre-order bonus gun blueprint. They gave it to ppl who pre-ordered the game. Not sure what editions get it. I have the Vault Edition pre-ordered so I have it. Makes souls drop more often when killing Bots in DMZ.
Rotation Resurgence Trios Orange and Brown Crates all have a soul in them, get 25 quit the game as you currently keep them if you quit. Rinse and Repeat!
Worked fine this morning and afternoon. Just restarted the game and gor an update and its NOT working anymore. You die or leave the game and they dont add. Just tried it ...😢
@@MarkusGGEZ You are right. They were not added but the next time I logged into the game they were added. Now it works as stated. Reached just over 800 souls so tomorrow I will be able farm the remaining in about 2 hours. Drop rate of souls seems to differ.
Ive taken out entire squads farming souls using only a throwing knife. 2 souls dropped killing a operator. They dont even know what hit em, lol. Keep on being distracted boys, ya might just end up eating a knife 😘 🔪
the ai swarm me every time i try and i die in like .2 seconds of being exposed this feels way slower bc i’m trying to run and hide half the time and like only 10% of drop a soul
I've pinned a comment that mentions some of the difficulties involved. I've presented it as the fastest way, but forgot to mention its certainly not the "easiest" way. I personally just thousands of hours into DMZ since its my job that I was able to farm quite effectively this way. But I've seen others stress how this method is too difficult for it to be effective for them. If so definitely stick to a chill method like shipment.

Going in 1 plated with no self revive in my testing doesnt give me 25 souls in 5 minutes. With the aggression of the AI and having to take cover its alot harder than youre letting on. Not a great strat going in with nothing and expecting 25 souls in 5-10 mintes IMO
I only went based on my solo experience so it may indeed be harder for others. With that in mind it’s totally fine to bring in geared operators but you’ll then need to extract costing more time is all. Or you can just get up to however many souls you can and if you die rinse and repeat with no loss since you came in with nothing.
I think the best way as I mentioned in my video is going to Al Mazrah cause you can get 50 souls now easily, 25 in Mazrah and 25 in Koschei not even 20mins. already got like 1500souls now

they obviously slowed down the spawn rate for soul drops, as it takes longer to get to the 25
Based on my testing the rate at which the drop from AI is somewhat RNG. So you could say it’s 25 souls in 3-7 minutes to account for random variance.
Through more testing I've found that I gain LESS when I am with a trio, but if I am solo the souls drop way more frequently.

I’m averaging about 5 kills every 10 min since this games so fucking hard.
I would try the other warzone methods if this is too difficult. Its certainly not the easiest but it is the fastest.
My method is going al mazrah if I hit the limit ım going complex and it shows 0 souls captured 50 souls per game.
But dont you have to exfil to secure souls?
No. Just as shown in the vid you can leave match and you still keep the souls

Going in 1 plated with no self revive in my testing doesnt give me 25 souls in 5 minutes. With the aggression of the AI and having to take cover its alot harder than youre letting on. Not a great strat going in with nothing and expecting 25 souls in 5-10 mintes IMO
I only went based on my solo experience so it may indeed be harder for others. With that in mind it’s totally fine to bring in geared operators but you’ll then need to extract costing more time is all. Or you can just get up to however many souls you can and if you die rinse and repeat with no loss since you came in with nothing.
I think the best way as I mentioned in my video is going to Al Mazrah cause you can get 50 souls now easily, 25 in Mazrah and 25 in Koschei not even 20mins. already got like 1500souls now

fastest grind would be Vondead Lockdown - Max Souls is 25 get that then die, while dead open the menu you would to leave the game but press Play Again
