The disease will spread very quickly by water, either above ground or below ground. It's not one that can be easily beaten. Is the tree large? Cause I suggest you relocate it if it's possible. Otherwise work on building the microbial count in the soil (lots of compost, superfood and aged manures) to help populate healthy bacteria that will help fight of the disease and lower levels in moisture is required as well.
first plant health or tree health in this case , it's good to have pest management but the best kind of pest deterrent is having healthy plants &/or trees , it's been mentioned allot in previous videos , Brix , the higher the brix the better the plant or tree can defend itself , yes have ya traps & ya netting but how are you planning to increase plant health ? keeping in mind the flow on effects of extreme plant health = produce quality , extended shelf life & nutrient density to name a few , first port of call " how do i increase plant health " , then traps , nets etc etc , aka IPM Integrated Pest Management

in the north, as soon as the flowers are pollinated, net and trap everything!
