If they removed it then they did so recently. But for a while you could kind a hack your way into it. (Not the cool kinda hack just using a few programs never intended to be used that way because TF2 vr uses the old method of using extended Desktop to interface with the head set which new headseta don't support.)

yeah theres another mod on tf2 itself that adds vr, but this one was specifically made for vr on contractors and (from what ive seen) works a lot better
