The reason why Denji was making weird noises on the floor was likely because Kishibe quite literally turned his brains into scrambled eggs. And while he can heal from that with blood, he likely healed it the wrong way so Power had to beat his brain up again so it'd heal correctly.
@@JerzeyBoyz For reference, the apples are symbolism for Aki. We see them a few other times in pivotal moments if you look back, but this episode really drove it home. We see Aki giving up everything he has for his work toward killing the Gun Devil, now he's just down to one apple (two years of life) left and wrestling with the prospect of taking the apple (the rest of his life) and enjoying it (as Himeno would have wanted) or sacrifice the last bit left of himself to reach his goal of finally getting revenge on the gun devil. There's more to it but thats the main idea

For the Makima Crush limitation if you think of it in terms of an equivalent exchange it makes sense. She crushed a dozen normal humans by sacrificing a dozen normal humans. It could be to crush a contracted devil user and a hybrid, you would need to have a contracted devil user and a hybrid to sacrifice.

something to note about kishibe, their teacher is that even drunk off his ass he's really good at combat, the reason they failed is because he heard power stomp before she threw the spear and knew she'd go for the head, he heard the bottles of blood crumple from the floor above and saw denji's shadow when he dropped down.
Yes, Denji does loses blood when he turned into Chainsaw-man. Without a constant blood supply, he can only use it 1 time before it gets nerfed for the 2nd time. We can see that in episode 4 or 5 where he was fighting the leech devil after killing the bat devil.
Yeah when Denji uses his chainsaws, the chainsaws literally rip through his arms, cutting himself in the process. It's actually really similar to the way wolverine works, if I'm not mistaken, it's just that wolverine regenerates, and denji regenerates too, but he needs blood to do so.
I didn't notice when I watched it but saw when during your reaction that when Denji was fighting the Bat-devil there were a lot of crows at the scene. Maybe Makima was using them to keep an eye on him and was gonna smush him if he went on a killing spree
The fox devil is still alive it just got 1 eye poked out because of aki so it is refusing to be summoned by aki specifically Aki still has the curse devil contract and the fox they just aren't viable anymore one because he can only do it maybe 2 more times the other because the fox doesn't like him anymore
Why doesn't Denji bust out his chainsaws? Denji's never used his chainsaws on humans. Even the guys with the Katana man, he kicked or disengaged his chainsaws to fight them. Whether its a conscious or subconscious thing, he's not willing to use his devil powers on normal people.

going chainsaw doesn’t help when he’s going up against devils that can kill him in that form. He has to get comfortable not relying on brute strength like that

in my opinion, denji cannot wake up during the fight with katana man because hes been shot in the head that makes him unconscious, so he needs something to pull his pochita tail spoiler alert and the ghost hand is Himeno's! the contract says I give you all so give me your all, that means both became one, so there is a possibility that Himeno became the ghost devil. but, when aki dead and maybe became a ghost, he would be searching for Himeno. and it was inspired by a game Tokyo wires, check it out coz the main character is aki, maybe.

Kobeni had a reaction a person irl would have Himeno was Aki's senior by a good amount and makima was always in charge If you look back at the episode Makima only killed people once their names were said by someone else, she was like a really op Light Yagami. I don't think she'd contract with the curse because she's the definition of "Your sacrifice is one I'm willing to make". She sacrificed other people last episode instead of sacrificing herself and she has denji fighting instead of contracting with another op devil Denji loses a ton of blood and it hurts a lot because he has 3 massive chainsaws ripping his body open lengthwise, he did say that's why he doesn't use them In my opinion the future devil has the scariest contract
