Potato cut the song off at the end, which was unexpected because usually little ms perfect animatics end with the girl getting rejected. Carmen lee didn’t cut the song off and let it play out as the song was written. They also don’t own the song so there are tons of other animatics. Unless potato (or whoever made these specific characters and drawings) made a full video where the song plays out, then this isn’t a cut video, and they intended the ending to be a happy one.
