That’s an awesome skid. Could you explain what size hoses you used for the plumbing I heard 1” from tank to washer and 1/4 for down stream and relief valve. What are you using in the other places. Thanks

Hey Tim, I just have a quick question... at 12:28 in the video you show the inside of the 100 gal slim line tank where it is connected to the other tank to make 200g ... I was curious if you put a elbow in the tank at the bulkhead facing down would that would help draw water lower in the tank which would mean you can utilize the last few inches of the tank before you draw air. I'm thinking the way its set up now (and how I see everyone does it) you would still have about 10-20 gallons left at the bottom of the 2 tanks together as you "run out of water" ... the reason i ask the question is because i have a 125 leg tank that has that setup from when I bought it and it will suck a lot more water before my pressure washer draws water. thanks for your insight!! and the skid it AWESOME!! I would love to actually get one from you for this season to have a second rig if thats possible. thanks!
Quick question, so the water tank is used only to mix the chemicals not to wash the house, right? so you will still need to connect a Waterhose Powerwash, correct?
Pretty much a perfect skid build. Hi tech yet very simple. Simplicity is strength. What is the measurment of the shelf height fm bottom of skid. I have a flat bed transit with shorter sidewalls than a pickup
This is about what I want. I might have another add-on. Definitely the surface cleaner & box. I would build it to a custom height but if I ever took it out of my shortsighted flatbed, and put it in a pick up truck then it would not be tall enough. So I might want something that fits both.
This is a beautiful and very functional build. There are only a couple improvements I might suggest. For filling the bleach, could there be a hose inserted through a uniseal that runs to the bottom of the chem tank(preventing the bleach from foaming) for filling bleach from the ground with a camlock and shutoff (to eliminate siphoning) attached to connect/disconnect from a hose on the bleach drum? Then on top of the bleach tank, have a 1/2”vent hose coiled to allow for air displacement/replacement? . I know the tank lids have spring loaded vents but they become inoperable rapidly. Will electric motors fit on the hose reels? How many gallons for the fuel cell?
Great comments. We offer a bleach fill system if our customers are interested in that upgrade item. Camlock system. May do a video on it in the future to show how that system works. Interesting idea on the vent. For the reels, an electric upgrade is available.
the slim fuel tank is an absolute game changer. so much space. you're a legend
I appreciate that! Thanks for watching the video
Do you sell the slim tanks??

Great idea. I’ll have to look into that. We haven’t had any issues. Thanks for commenting. Would love to help with your next skid.

Buffer tanks feeds the pressure washer. The mixing happens at the mixer.
clean!
Thank you!

We can custom build the heights. Different heights are no problem. I appreciate the compliments! This skid came out great! Very happy with it.
