- This video literally tooks months for me to make. It's most a couple of weeks of research but i wasn't able to capture and edit it. This video addresses few areas that i didn't cover in my last video.
Opening TCM, separating the boards, TCM circuitary and Testing.
After receiving multiple queries from people interested in the maps shown in video, i decided to share them here. You don't have to email me now. Just download from the link:

@all, if you need the diagrams, the link is in the description of the video. Enjoy.
Thank you very much for this valuable information that you give us at this video,
Amazing explanation,
I loved it ❤
Can't ask more than this! This is a TCM academy
Bro, you are a life saver 🙌
Thank you Mr. Jugaar for your sharing
This video has been highly informative thabk you sir
YOU ARE A GREAT MAN ❤
You the best brorher
Hi.Thank you for the video, it was very informative. Question, My 2012 Ford Focus is experiencing P090C: Clutch “B” Actuator Circuit Low. Where do you recommend to focus on when checking the TCM?
Starting point in such a case is to swap around actuator motors and see if codes shift to clutch A. Otherwise open up the TCM and see if you can find anything wrong with it. Look for corrosion, faulty or damaged connector items or circuits.. order up a new TCM in the meanwhile coz repair doesn't always work for everyone.
Deus abençoe você meu irmão por compartilhar estes testes e estes arquivos
What would you recommend RENAULT TCM writes error DTC 178501

any problem found yet? what's the solution?
I had to break a few tabs on that housing lol; that is ok as you can seal everything up.
Hola muchas gracias por su valiosa información..Yo seria feliz si le agregas subtitulado en español gracias por favor Amigó
si tiene subtitlos....lo acabo de ver
Hello . I have clutch motor error #2 on warm up and on the other tcu permanently. The MOSFETs are correct and I checked the board completely. I soldered its bases on both the lower and upper boards. In your opinion, the microcontroller may be damaged or the weakness of these may be from the microcontroller. For Renault cars.
Can you send me the internal diagram?
Hi. What exact error you were getting?
What internal diagram are you referring to? If you mean the one that I drew, you can look them up in the video or contact me through email and I'll share them with you. Otherwise can't paste them on RUclips even if I want to.
Can't comment on microcontroller being faulty without looking up the error code

@@meysamdadkhah9236 Did you solve your problem? I have the same error with a renault clio
hello. I would like you to talk about the 4 multidrivers that control the motors. I think the problem is there. they are difficult to solder
You mean the 6 MOSFETs? The problem can be there hence the testing procedure. I'm not really proud of my soldering skills so if I ever have to replace one, I'd rather take it to Mobile repairing specialist for soldering.
@@RZJugaar I changed several drivers, and it's really difficult. Did you find any damaged mosfet?
@@enriquecastro2352 no. All my MOSFETs were in good shape. I checked them without removing.

HI. my car is burning the 3 speedy sensors...oss, sensor speedy 1 and sensor speedy 2. Damage one of then, same days, the other and then the other..you change for new one, worls fine..around a mounth, returns the problen. I change the module, and the problen is the same...change the cable , battery and alternator..and the problen is the same...Have any idea?
What fault codes you getting for faulty sensors? Are they physically damaged? Are you using genuine replacements?
P2767, for ex. but all DTC is "there is no signal from sensor a, or sensor B or oss". not burning at the same time...when you change by a new one, reset dtc, the transmisson works fine...for some days..yes, genuine sensors..@@RZJugaar
Your problem maybe coz of multiple reasons. Most common of which is a bad ground to TCM.. check your ground fist. Next up is hooking up an oscilloscope to your sensors and read signal directly. This will help you figure out if they really are bad or TCM is unable to read a sensor even if it is good. Do not replace a sensor unless you are sure it's faulty. The problem maybe intermittent because of a bad ground and not because of sensors
a query, could it be that there is an error? I think gearbox motor 1 is marked in the place of gearbox motor 2.
yes, You may be right. Clutch motor numbering is correct but gearbox motor numbering was assigned at random.
Hello, after replace the IC processor then gear position indicator does not show. Do you have some problem like me ?
If you install a blank TCM, it won't show gear lever position unless reprogrammed. Don't know what happened in your case
Any other way to reprogram without IDS ?
@@budiono-5033 unfortunately no. But IDS is not too expensive. I think it's 50$ for 2 days license.. and you need a J2534 box for interfacing.
Do you have the link to buy that tools ?
@@budiono-5033 I can't put the link here but you can search on AliExpress for J2534 devices.
Did you ever get a chance to test out the repair?
Unfortunately I didn't get the chance so far. It's still in my garage ready to go.
Could you please confirm the continuity of the QN04H4 transistor, its power supply is fine, but the DRAIN does not have continuity with the capacitor and the mosfets
I'll check and get back to you
@@RZJugaar thanks!
@@enriquecastro2352 the Mosfet is 2NO4H4. I can confirm that the drain does connect to the left side of the Capacitor/Inductor. It should also connect to drain of half of the clutch/Motor control

@@RZJugaar How can I contact you? I have more than 10 disarmed modules; the 2n04h4 has no continuity with the capacitor/inductor nor with the clutch mosfets, it seems super weird to me. thanks!

hello, I saw you on RUclips and can you share Ford Tcm diagram with me, thank you
How can I have these documents you use at this video??

I already sent an email to you
Can you give me the link for tcm diagram ?
Sure. Send me email and I'll reply with the diagrams. My email is on my channel page

hey friend, can you share the diagram? Thank You
Sure I can. Please send me an email and I'll reply with diagrams. You can find my email through my channel page.
Thank you friend, God bless u
So you've basically just destroyed that module with that crowbar!
Well that pretty much sums it up ;)
There's a video saying that soldering those 150 pins and holes on the the motherboard fixed the issue
Soldering will definitely increase the contact area around the pins but I haven't heard much of a success rate around it. I won't bet on it but it's a good shot..
@@RZJugaar another solution found was the power/ ground male and female pin on the tcm harness was faulty / loose/ not making connection
Can you give me the link for tcm diagram ?
link is in the video description..
