I am 38 yo and I loved listening to all 3 of you. You are all younger than me, I feel like at my age, I can’t really make the changes I want to because I haven’t made them early enough but still listening to you all gives me hope. I identify with each of you in different ways. Beyond everything, I wish I had girl friends as authentic and supportive as the three of you!
I am crying so much. l almost lost my dad last year and I feel so grateful to see how greatly you are talking about your beautiful mom. Thank you so much
Feeling so happy for you all for doing this work especially before you have children if you choose one day because it will be yet another tough transition physically. Hoping more women can experience more self love because when they do, that’s when they change the world ❤
Wow. Love all three of you separately and followed your journeys. However together… what a powerhouse of strong beautiful women. Loved this podcast and took so much from it. Thank you ❤
Love the conversations here! I think it’s important to note about the part where Sam S discuses showing her insta story of her eating a bunch of brownies and that by showing that and not a “picture perfect of health” sort of meal is form of balance. That is not balance. That’s two extremes balancing each other. Eating only clean health meals is an extreme just like binging on junk food is an extreme. I hate the whole narrative of people showing a binge with the notion that “this is okay”, and “see I’m not perfect too”. Bingeing isn’t ok either, it’s an eating disorder.
I commend her bravery for talking about her mom. You can see that she is actively still struggling but she’s still out there putting her best self and trying to get through the world the best way she knows how. Thank you for sharing with us Sam.
wow! Mari, great hosting! you felt the room, heard the girls, & asked all the right questions. Samis, thank you for your vunerability & for showing up authentically. there was so much beauty in all of it 🤍
This has to be the realest BEST podcast I’ve seen. WOW. Thank you for the vulnerability, I can SO relate and I’m sure so many other people can too.
