unfortunately you can't with rawtherapee Darktable can do that or you will have to use something like gimp to do that if you are on Linux.

Hi, Can you help, I am stuck in black and white in the editing, and cannot come out of that,how do i come out of it.?

I'm looking into resetting edits but you can go to the module you used to make it black and white and reset it or use the power button on the module to disable it.

Hi, Can you print from Rawtherapee?

Rawtherapee does not support printing I would print from GIMP.
