Also, in the 90's cartoon he looks like the wrestler Latin Love and like early Antonio Banderas (he's Hispanic but most Latinos carry Spanish ancestry). And in the Avengers series, he's voiced by an indigenous actor. So he can be interpreted as non-white. Do also look up young Ricardo Montalbon and young Anthony Quinn, comic book Namor looks like a cross between the two.
