Here are some suggestions for your Nightwish journey: -> Ghost Love Score (Wacken 2013): THE "traditional first song" to get into Nightwish. Floor is showing diferent capabilities and you can get a first understanding of Tuomas capability of songwriting -> "Devil and the Deep Dark Ocean" (Buenos Aires) will give you a metal and power blast: Maximum speed and Marco (the singing bass player) becomes Hannibal Lecter ;-) -> There are a couple of great songs from Wacken: "Storytime" is catchy in a very positive way. "Song of Myself" starts catchy and ends with everyone headbanging. "Romanticide", "Last Ride of the Day" and "Ghostriver" are the heavier ones. -> "Yours an Empty Hope" from Wembley (have a good look!! at the growls. You'll be surprised.) -> „Dead Boys Poem“ from Buenos Aires (so amazing and emotional) -> „Weak Fantasy“ (Tampere): Kai the beastat the drums, Troy joins in, great duets with Floor and Marco, ... -> "The greatest Show on Earth" (Tampere) is epic as "The Poet and the Pendulum“ (Wembley - get to know the background of this song ahead) -> Then the new stuff from thei current album with "Noise" (awesome Video), „Shoemaker“ (takes you to the stars), "Harvest (Lyric Video, you will not believe you listen to Nightwish), Tribal (very heavy and with an incredible "dance part") …
