- This is my first video using Windows Movie Maker. I know it has a ton of mistakes and I don't mind reading helpful criticism. I hope everyone enjoys it and hopefully I'll be uploading a new one soon.

@totaketheblack the lead male singer is John Cooper and the female singer is his wife Korey Cooper. They're both members of the band Skillet who made this song.
This video is about Heroes fighting and giving their all in the face of annihilation to protect what they hold dear. In this case, the Republic and the Democracy that comes with it. This shows their undaunted spirit, courage and dedication to those principles

You make a good point, but perhaps he showed the evil villain to emphasize the need for a "hero". A Jedi stands against a Sith. The Jedi falls, only to be replaced by another. But not just anyone can take his place. Only a "hero" can, and thus the eternal struggle continues.

He truly is, that Jedi, he wears heavy armor, and he held his own against that Sith for twenty-nine seconds, he is good, to bad he had to die, and for some the Sith is the Hero.
As i wish? It's not as i wish, it's true. And they are not going to be in the swtor era. They are three movies that add on to 1-6. But, they are planning to start a new series of movies about stories which could very well be swtor.

to be fair, Coruscant was once a Sith planet until it was taken from them by the Jedi...so the Sith Lord taking back the Temple that was once theirs...it makes him a hero

I can prove you wrong. The whole reason Jedi turn to the dark side is because of fear of loss, or loss, or jealousy, or greed and hate. Sith get their only power from hate. No sith started out as a sith. They were all jedi once. And most of the time jedi turn because, jedi disobey the code of honor, no love life. That's the reason that the jedi's code of honor is no love life. More sith will be created...more monsters. AND look at Obi-Wan...he ignored when satine died. That's what true jedi do.

they left to Tython and built a temple there and young jedi would start training there, also lord angral murdered the supreme chancellor. the battle was everywhere on the planet, not just the temple.

hmm... i dont think that u have made tons of mistakes ... the quality is good, the song awesome, the cut sences and the speed of the movie fits perfect to the movie ... :) i realy like it ... keep up the good work :)

@SonoftheManticore if you look carefully, at the "A hero's not afraid to give his life" part, the slain Jedi's lightsaber falls to the ground. So technically, the hero could be the Jedi OR the Sith
As you wish. but I really am hoping that Episodes 7, 8, and 9, are going to be in The Old Republic Era.
there were no mistakes in my opinion and i like the choice of music. when it said lovers will be hurt today it alluded to malgus and the twi liks love. GJ!

@TheIfifi The word "hero" is like "love", everyone knows it, but there is no one can really define it. So you are right, from your perspective.

Actually, I think the vid was claiming that the Jedi Master was the hero, the last line of the music to the video 'A hero's not afraid to give his life' as the saber hit the ground. Though for the actual hero you would have to ask the maker.

@mherbison531 This game is not out yet, it is Star Wars: The Old Republic, an MMORPG. That Sith will be the main villain of the game, Darth Malgus. Those were not mandalorians if you are referring to the female, she is a bounty hunter class. And it will be out for the PC sometime this year (hopefully)

If you play the game as a Sith Warrior (Malgus' class) you can marry a Twilek in your party. However that works best if you are a nice sith which Malgus is not so the girl is probably just his companion.
But that is where the whole thing comes from

This video was made before any other Old Republic cinematics were released.
they went to war because rogue jedi known as dark jedi were sent to exile and landed on korriban,the sith purebloods there thought of them as gods, then the dark jedi made a army plotting revenge, they lost, and now they are back for revenge.

Hero, is a good person right? But good is a matter of perspective... So Sith can be a perfectly good hero, for the empire.

actually from my point of view the jedi is a hero as he has given his life and looks onto coruscant while its being attack, while the song is playing i need a hero.

a good video, it was edited well.
i think though this song would work better if you made it using the new trailer Hope rather than Deceived. but on its own. its a good video

no its darth Malgus, a very strong sith that only jedi to ever beat him is Satele, but Malgus survived when he was rescued at the last moment.

For an example, Darth Malgus fought for his wife (the Twi'lek); after that Jedi whooped her, Malgus went psycho on him. Many Sith truly believed their order was the best way to rule the galaxy, not because of power mongering but because they believed they could serve the best interest of the whole.

Just something I like pointing out on videos featuring the Decieved trailer. After taking a close look at the Sith I realized that roughly half of them were left handed. I guess the church was right, my kind ARE evil :D
