Bravo. You've got something the other ones don't : you've got taste. Discovering one of your works is always a pleasure. Thank you. Regards from France.
It was a little flimsier than I expected. I had to add a 2x2 piece of wood to the bottom on the rear side in order to stabilize it better ruclips.net/user/postUgkxXTh-lz-8W6GcB219vTLp27-MxbZYObBX . It is also starting to bow a little at the outer wall ( I've had it up for about 6 months), I've already had a shelf tumble down because of the bow and the fact that the little shelf brackets are quite short. I went out to home depot and got some longer ones so that the shelves don't tumble down again. Overall, it looks very nice for the price and it holds a lot ( I use it as a pantry). I am very satisfied with my purchase. I just strongly suggest reinforcing it before putting it up.

Absolutely brilliant work, just amazing, I never thought of building a tool box/ organiser until now, thanks for the inspiration...........keep it up man
Pretty good job - again. Every workshop does need something like that and of course with full extension drawers . Every thing need to have it´s own place, makes working much more efficient. Everytime nice and pretty satisfying to watch your work. Thank you & stay well.
In the future, a quick and decent looking drawer handle can be made from just cut angle iron or U channel tack welded to the front of the drawers pointing down. It'll make it so you have something to slip your fingers behind when those drawers get nice and heavy. Bravo on the box, it is not easy to get those drawers in square enough to operate cleanly without interference!
Nice job! I like your spacer tricks. Many years ago working with my father he told me the most accurate way to make many parts is not to measure. Then he introduced me to making from a known part. As long as you use a master part and only mark from it you will have consistent dimensions from it.
Was considering building myself a new cabinet and was doing a YT search when I found this video. Nice work, both on the cabinet and the video. I like how the cabinet rolls itself into position at the end.
Simply beautiful craftmanship and aesthetic, I've just come in from my workshop for my afternoon cup of coffee where I've been having a staring contest with a set of drawer runners very similar to yours, hard to say who was winning. Thinking about exactly how I'll do it..that takes a while, so I plonk down with my cup of joe and flip on youtube for a brief browse, and look, your video is sitting in my feed waiting to be watched. Life is quite good on occasion.
@@artificialw0lf959 if you watch TOT's video's you will see him do comical stuff like cut a piece of steel in half with a karate chop....comical stuff and his editing is awesome. That said, Ca Lem's videos are awesome also.

Ca Lem that is one super-dooper cabinet man!! The fit and detail are phenomenal. It is a pleasure to watch your videos, as we never know what is coming next! And the humour in the vid is so you, I loved the opening sequence with the Beethoven Fur Elise in sync with the drawers opening and closing! That must have taken you some time to edit that sequence, and on top of that doing the joke with the sheet metal roller for the bending brake, that was so funny.! Keep them coming young man. I can see you becoming one of the very top RUclips creators in a very short while. Good luck to you and if it is relevant Happy Christmas 2019 ( that's when I saw this video 16/12 /2019)
Very nicely done! Now you know why a well made tooling cabinet is so expensive to purchase. It would be a good idea to put the castor wheels on with bolts to a pad welded onto the cabinet. Castors do break and the wheels get chewed up when rolled around the shop. Having them bolted on makes replacement much easier. Cheers from NC/USA
@ Your projects are beautiful enough that you might consider doing after-the-fact plans, even if you prefer not to work from them. I'll bet there's a lot of us that would shell out $10 or $15 or whatever, just for the chance to believe we'll build it one of these days. (I believe Jeremy Schmidt made a reasonable business in this way.) Besides any extra money it provided, it would also "leverage" your work - spreading more happiness from your design work. In any case, you're already giving the world a great gift by recording your work here, thank you.
@ If you make up a set of plans with very detailed measurements, you could sell it for a small fee, and make some money to buy more tools, equipment, etc. I look forward to seeing what you do when you start TIG welding!
