The 361 clones have been haunting me.... Started a build a couple years back that was problematic so I set it aside until last week when I got that running and grabbed a prebuilt version to get a good look at. Here are some of the first runs on the bluesaw......

That was always one of my favorite saws. I had one for a few years and sold it to a firewood guy. Once the bugs got worked out it’s an awesome saw with great power.

I talk a bit in the video about the Pros and Cons... We are going to start selling them at www.bluesaws.com again, but will not sell them without a bulletproofing/preflight check as they can be buggy... But really what a dreamboat saw to run.... I think we are going to be putting a lot of R&D into this model.....Luckily I have buddies pushing these pretty hard porting wise so when you have a group working on something it is a huge bonus....

I just got the orange and grey from bluesaws. Only a few heat cycles so far. No problems..

Glad to hear... i really love this model. But still think it can be slightly fiddly... they can be absolute screamer 60cc saws though so very worth the fiddling.. i have one here that came with a broken rear handle i plan to cobble together until i replace handle and run... expect some new videos... good luck and thanks for supporting bluesaws dot com.... that is what supports this channel and allows us to offer help to the clone saw community...

I just ordered one. The site says to use 25:1 fuel/oil ratio and 10w30 oil. What do you use on your chainsaw?

Same saw, only difference is color.

@@bulletproofsaws Because they say orange is for pro,never messed with these clone saws do to them being offshore made. Have a 288 blue,pos is all I have say.

Have one. But stopped buying OEM after finding the clones did the same job and left a big chunk of money in my pocket.

I have many older and newer Stihl chainsaws that we use for my tree business. I have about a half dozen of these Farmertec saws for back ups and they do a great job. The prices for the saws and the replacement parts are so cheap that I could have 3-4 G660 Pro’s for the price of just 1 Stihl. Sure there a few parts that are worth swapping over to OEM parts and dealing with the adjustments to get it running good but other than that, for half the price or less, u get a good saw.

@@oured77 Yes they do. Watch Dyno Joe on the G366 he mods. These saw really wake up with some mods or stock.
