    I enjoy being an spark driver.
    Only problem is my customer rating is a 4.4 I do everything right as you said. It’s just not right

    I think it biased because drivers cant get any type of feedback or information. And the store associates control all the metrics!!

    I got a message the other day that a customer said their order wasn't delivered to the right address. Of course they don't tell you which one it was or when. I can only deliver where I'm given the address to deliver to.

    i have a 97 on time rating but a 3.6 customer rating and i do everything i can to make sure i follow directions and be nice to customers

    I'd love to hear your opinion about substituted items on a shop and delivery. I feel like this can be a major factor in receiving a low score from the customer. Very rarely does a shop have every item on the customers grocery list in stock.
    And you reminded me of Billy Carson when you started talking about affirmations 👍

      TBH: If you can’t find a item after asking a worker just communicate with the costumer the item wasn’t available. Communication is key. Send a text!
