    Hi, I would like to know which shortcut you used to isolate only one channel, in your case, the height channel, while having all other channels turned on. This would help me avoid turning off each channel individually every time I create a new fill layer.

      Idk if still useful but I use alt and click on the channel I want to use

    You move the mouse around too much. This is not how a training video works. First learn yourself, then teach.
