I just found this AWESOME channel and I really love your content and style you guys use! May I ask you what camera, lenses and microphones you’re using for all your interviews?? Thanks a lot!
I think we come into this world "all-knowing" and free. Then, we are introduced to "ignorance" and "bondage" and that becomes home for a long while. I think the one mission in life is to find our way back "home", back to "ease", back to the all-knowing, original state. Your story is the story of all of us! Thank you for telling it
I’m 30 and today I asked the universe for a gentle life. That’s all I want. This culture praises being frantic and it’s so unlike my nature. For once I want a softer life. Then this video showed up in my feed. Maybe I was heard.
I’m 67. It’s out there. In simple things. Walks, bike rides, making veggie soups, reading Anna Karenina. It’s ok to miss a post or two, or just say no to a night out. Hope you find it, it’s there waiting for you. Cheers from Chicago!
Lovely reflections. I'm 73 and I love everything about it. Nothing to worry about, nowhere I have to go, unless I want to. Plenty to do, creating to my hearts desire, may it be gardening, writing, painting, whatever. Letting go of the unnecessary....doing lots of reflection and living in the moment. Life is so beautiful.
I can totally relate to Tina. I am 60 years old and I have found peace in being myself, my true self. I am also working on being kinder to myself. Thanks for sharing these beautiful stories coming from real people with radiant souls. Stay blessed.
We appreciate your lovely words. Nice that her message resonated with you. All the best for your own journey through life. Warmest wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
Every time I feel down, I just randomly choose one of these videos and after watching I feel alot more better, I can see very clearly, almost like the sunshine in my heart comes back, these stories are so inspiring and I learn a lot about myself and the universe, I struggle with anxiety and I am a mom of 4 homeschooling..so every morning I start with watching this inspiration short stories..thank you
You are very welcome. We are so glad that these stories are a source of inspiration and support for you when life gets difficult and darker. Wishing you strength for every new day. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
I’m 69 years old and I agree so much with Tina. Something magical happens as we get older. We feel freer and our lives are full of things to do without rushing. I love where she lives. I feel that it is important to do things that fulfill us and make us happy. Wishing everyone on this video Happy, healthy and full of love 2025!
When I’m “talking” to myself I start out calling myself Honey, Sweetie, etc. in a gentle tone when I’m upset with myself about something. I’m my own loving friend.
When my mother was in hospice dying of cancer, I sat at her bedside and asked her if there was anything I could do for her. She looked at me and said, 'Thank you.' She said that the fact that I would ask her that question meant more than anything.
This dropped at the perfect moment in time. Life softens. What a wonderfully accurate description. What a beautiful inciteful soul. Beautiful, just beautiful. Thank you for making this x
The older I get the less I care about what others think of me. What is important is that I love myself for who I am and how I might have touched the world in ways that make this world a better place for all to live in❤️
We often forget to give ourselves the kindness and grace we extend to others. As I turned 49 I realized I need to be grateful for myself and be more kind to myself ❤❤
You absolutely chose the right title - that's the core of it all. To ask yourself that question: What do you need? And your life will take the right direction.
Before listening to your story, the title says it all. If I could live away from everything I'll love the feeling of walking along the garden watch the works of my hands. At this age of me I no longer carry the weights of others. I found my freedom from it all. Yes it's a progress to work out life time zones. Grow old well my fellow people.
I just turned 60 and I have learned to be kind to myself and love myself, I wish I knew this when I was young. Tina is a beautiful smart woman, and she is right, and I talk to my plants too, they grow better. Thank you for another beautiful person and video👍👍❤️❤️
I keep saying, "Amen, amen, amen," to her words. I love the phrase, "...softening of life." I remember the women's magazines of the 60' and 70's. They expressed the mental abuse of the feminine in those times. Trust has been my work since 2000. I call it a slow melting into trust. Another lovely, poetically expressed film. So pragmatic and uplifting in twin-ship. Thank you, Muchness.
Touching words. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, we are so happy that you enjoyed the message she shared. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
I have seen in comments of your videos inquiring as to where you find these wonderful individuals to interview...but in all actuality each person has a story to tell. The wonderful thing is that you bring to light the stories they tell! Thank you for that blessing! I absolutely love each video that you post!
So kind. It's our pleasure to share these stories with you. You are absolutely right, we all have a story to tell but so often we don't take the time to listen. Nice to have you with us on our journey. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
Tina is at a place i hope to get to someday. I’m 45, and my life has really fallen apart over the last few years due to health issues. This was a very beautiful and profound video.
Touching words. Sorry that life has not been easy for the past years. May her message lift you up and carry you. Wishing you that your health improves. Much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
Thank you 🙏 wishing peace and every good to all! Even at age 76 I can still fall prey to my thoughts! 🙏🫶🏻👏✨ ! Always great to know we are perfect in our imperfections! ✨⚡️💫
I liked her smile, and the way she said she found trust and patience from difficult beginnings. It was a lovely film, magical and relaxed and luminous somehow.
I did find this a difficult watch. Yes I am empathetic to this lovely and beautiful woman and everyone is on their own journey for sure. So many people have issues with their body. But look further... You can walk, talk, make a meal, don't choke when you eat... that is amazing! But it's taken for granted and ignored. To add context to my comment, I live with ALS and I ❤my body everyday and all the time, no matter what curveballs it throws at me🙏🏼
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and opinion, and putting into context why you feel this way. We hear you. Tina is certainly not ungrateful and appreciates being able to walk, to eat, to breathe, etc. But as you say, we all have our individual journey, issues, conflicts,.... Wishing you all the best on your journey, and strength and light for every new day. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
What do I need? I need health, money and freedom. Whoever says money is not important must be insane. I need no people, I'm so over people. All I need is money, good health and freedom of living wherever I choose to live.
Even with all the money you could t survive a flash flood like I did 2 months ago. People safe people. Community and people are important. You could t have gone out to buy anything when that happened people brought food and water from far away. I get we need a minimum amount of money to feel safe and content but you always have to ask also if you actually want money or the freedom that comes with it
Happy New Year to the Reflections Of Life team and to all the followers of this beautiful RUclips channel. We obviously share the same precious values. 💖
I relate to this video so much, I have always felt this way!!! being my worst enemy from the way I spoke with myself and since I discovered this channel I am trying hard to be more kinder to myself.
Life is softening for sure , away from corporate stress, slower days, enjoying nature, family, cooking, art, creativity and freedom.. what do I want … just this ❤ very grateful ( and more of your beautiful productions of course 🙂)
Dear Justine & Michael. I'm sure you know this already. The highest compliments that one can ever be given to someone is to open up to that someone , like this beautiful women opened up to you . Every episode is a gift to me ,to us all . A soul oasis in this ill world.... These oasises are the medicines of healing . In deep gratitude 🙏
Thank you Henri, we appreciate your kind and encouraging words. Glad our videos mean so much to you. Nice to have you with us on our journey. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
I love that wisdom to ask 'what do you need' it's so simple and so caring. One to pop in my diary as a reminder. Thank you for another beautiful video 💚
I share and resonate with many of the things that Tina says. I'm also more content with my body and my life now than when I was much younger. The beauty of the video and the place where she lives is very appreciated 💖
I can so identify with her observation that as you get older (read: mature and wise) live gets "soft"; the body goes soft and the mind goes soft. I would say the mind "mellows". Your perspective of life and of what is important truly changes. As she says "allowing life to unfold" with patience. She is a wise woman with a beautiful soul.
"Have patience and let it unfold"..words ill choice to live by as I'm going through a tough moment.. I need to trust ill get through it and things will be ok..great video thx
"I feel like I have gathered my lost parts..." How beautiful and heartwarming to hear, and to know someone who has suffered has, finally, got there ❤. I am nearly 50. I am gathering my lost parts as well. And this little film feels like a hug from eternity. Bless the peace that this lady has found. Bless everyone who is on their way there. Thank you for sharing another exquisite video.
What a gift she gave us !!!! “No expectations of the outcome is a gift 🥰” And also “what do you need ?” Asking yourself when feeling anxious … THANK YOU 🙏🏻 I needed that 🙏🏻
Thank you. What a lovely video. She seems like a beautiful sister; someone who would be an absolute joy to have tea and laughs with. I'm so happy she has found her source of strength. It was always inside the whole time🤍
Tina , Thank you for reminding me to have patience, trust the process and see what unfolds in my life as I travel through difficult days of adjustment to recent widowhood and reaching my seventies. My you continue to be kind To yourself and enjoy the life you have.
Beautiful and touching words. We are thankful that her message meant much to you, also after the recent loss of your husband. Wishing you strength for every new day. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
The cinematography and the message of this is beautiful. Thanks for sharing the words of being kind to yourself and others! I found this video because I am looking up self-care videos on RUclips like Diane in Denmark video 3 ways I organize our Danish home - hygge baskets, where she talks about having a self-care basket, reading basket, and snack basket, Cozy K videos about cozy hobbies, and Mariane Cresp video how to use a self-care/break list, where she talks about 3 types of breaks. There is an affirmation/quote by Morgan Harper Nichols which is " I am making room for things that heal my heart." This video is reminder of that.
Hello, it's in the air I feel... This self care and awareness of what we're needing. I felt to share someone I am currently hooked on listening to, about self compassion. It's changing my days quite beautifully already. Kristen Neff. She has been on many podcasts. Highly recommended to all of us who do not speak kindly to themselves! We are enough.
Glad you enjoyed the video so much. Interesting how you came to find it. Thank you for sharing all the other info. Sending you warm wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
It’s feels now as if I am changing my words to softer words and kinder gentler ways as I move through daily activities. Generally now as I fall asleep I’m promising myself to be kinder to me . Growing flowers keeps me humble too.
These videos are all so, so beautiful. I love each and every one. As you age you come into your own. You are more peaceful and happy. I am 67 and happier now than I have ever been. God bless ❤
She has such a nice energy about her, I’m so happy for her and where she’s at in her life. Life softening resonated with me, I like that and feel it too. ❤
Thank you so much for sharing this! We’re so glad her energy resonated with you-it’s such a beautiful thing to feel that “life softening” in your own journey. Wishing you continued peace and joy. Justine and Michael x
Thank you for this. I am 35 and still struggle with my body but have been doing the work to heal, forgive and become much kinder to myself. ❤ needed this beautiful reminder today.
Tina it was lovely to be a part of your journey. Experiancing rejected in earler years sounded very painful. You sound like you have learned to love and cherish yourself. A way to heal old wounds would be to sit or lay in a quiet space and visualise yourself back then. Send yourself what you needed then, send love. It's a lovely way to to deepen self love ❤
Beautiful video as usual ....... I am in awe of the beautiful smile and the calmness she has on her face. Beautifully she narrates her story and inspires us to live our life as wonderfully as we can by being as compassionate as we can. Asking one of the most important questions 'What do you need?' will I think make a lot of difference when we are dealing with ourselves and people. Thankyou ROF for this compilation.
We're so glad the video resonated with you. That simple yet profound question, "What do you need?" truly has the power to transform how we connect with ourselves and others. Your support means so much, and we’re grateful to have such compassionate viewers like you in our community. Justine and Michael x
What a beautiful film and message. Her story resonates with me...probably most of us. The back and forth from sadness and grief to laughter and pride...growth.... so inspiring. I was inspired by her words. And... wow!!! Those mountains. How could one not grow in the shadow of such magnificence. "As you grow older there can be this....softening of life." I've noticed the same thing. And life becoming more magical too, like she said. All of it....wonderful.
So beautifully described how much you enjoyed the video, how much her words meant to you. Thank you for telling us. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
I love the photography and the message in general. Yet, part of me also wonders - does this woman have to work, or does she just have the money to have this beautiful house in the countryside with lots of leisure time to garden, cook, read, and just be? It seems very idyllic to me, but also very different from how 99% of us live and are forced to live because of economic imperatives. Not saying that diminishes the message, but I'd also love to see something like this that also captures a part of life for people that isn't quite so idyllic. I get that might diminish the vibe, but it also would show that one can be at peace even in parts of life that aren't as beautiful and tranquil...
I just read in the intro that she is in South Africa. How beautiful - and magical. Has to be very expensive. 💕💸💕 it IS idyllic and therapeutic, I’m sure. But I’m stuck in an apartment in a big crime-ridden city in Texas . Life doesn’t seem so gentle and healing here. But I also love her message - but her surroundings help create that , I’m sure.
@@JodyFidelis yeah, I was thinking basically the same. I think you can find beauty and tranquility in almost any setting, but it obviously takes a lot more "practice" in a place that is as you describe vs. what this video shows. If we could all just retire to the countryside in our 50s without the need to continue to worry about supporting ourselves financially, it would be quite nice. The trick is to have this type of attitude in your 20s when life is pulling you in a million directions and you are getting countless messages from your culture that you have to not just survive, but have all of these material things in order to fit in with your peers, and constantly post the proof of this to social media, and respond to others in socially approved ways. It's a huge and challenging game that we all have to play, and many of us feel like we are fighting a losing battle. This is one reason why I ditched social media, and live a relatively solitary life - I don't have to play that game anymore of comparing and competing. But I'm also in my 50s and it took until the last few years to finally make these changes...
Yes. Or that beauty can also be found in simplicity - in more modest surroundings. And, not necessarily with a pet - which I feel the “ownership of” is normalised in these series, without questioning the “mind control” and therefore violence that comes with it. But fully agreed, the celebration of “softness” in life is one of the beautiful messages shared here
She's an artist, that may not be what you think of as work, but it may produce an income. I agree with others, though, that income and economics don't enter into the picture. You will find the place you need, and I am surviving on very little now that I know what is worthy of my time and efforts.
@@lbeauchamp57 well, I know she does artwork at the moment, but I didn't get the sense that she was getting an income from it. Art can be "work" depending on how you define work. It's not like I am somehow looking down on art as a profession, just didn't get the sense she as doing her art as a means to live. Regardless, yes, I'm sure there are countries (maybe South Africa is one) where you can live ok without having to worry about the constant need for money to support you. It's not just about having "creature comforts" but having the funds needed to pay for all the things that life can require. Obviously, it depends on how you want to live, and where you want to live, or just where you are living currently, debt that you've piled up, etc. There are definitely ways of living "low on the food chain" so to speak, but that takes a lot of commitment, and is not something that everyone can do. I understand you have achieved some level of living with very little, and that's commendable, but I wouldn't assume that is easily done by most people just because you have done it.
Thank you. Those vedio triggered my innerself and I started crying vigorously. I have done many shaming to myself too in very different ways. I have hurt my loved ones too. I am sorry for that. I am trying my best to forgive my pastself and be gentle and kind to myself and my loved ones too. Thank you for pushing me through this situation. Thank you. Thank you so much 💓
Wow, powerful and touching... may her message help and encourage you on your journey to be kinder to yourself and others. You can, believe in yourself. Sending much love and kindness to you. Justine and Michael. 💚
I relate to this so much. I’m sure many people do. My body image was horrible and still is at times. I’m going to be 40 in March and I’ve spent the majority of my life so focused on my weight. That’s what I was taught at home and socially brainwashed into. So much time was wasted trying to be skinny, stay skinny… I lost my specialness. I used to be the girl who wanted to be told I looked sexy, or beautiful but now that doesn’t mean much to me. I want to be complemented on the person I am, not how I look. I want to be seen beyond my physical body. The past few years I’ve been slowing down more. It’s amazing. I garden and spend so much time outside. I feel seen when I’m out with nature. Thank you for this. ❤.
Glad Tina's message spoke to you so deeply. You shared some touching experiences and deep thoughts. We are glad that you were able to slow down and change your way of life. Wonderful that you feel so much better. All the best for walk through life, may you find yourself more and more. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
Thank you. I'm actually in the same state of Life. Now I can see and feel the gift of getting older, wiser, grateful and handsome. There is much more love in myself and that love shines out of myself and touches other people. That's lovely. Seeing the miracle again. When we start this journey, we can see that... on out way the most uf us loose it, to find it again, with the free will to decide, wanting this miracle again in life. I love it. Thank you for all thise touching interviews ❤️❤️❤️.
I find great comfort in listening to all those individuals with great spirits and abilities to change for better with new beginings. But I know I cannot do that myself. I am with no country, no belongings and no home to be able to start a new beginning. That is sad but I still enjoy seeing others finding their new beginnings.
That is sad, but also an opportunity. Having experienced something similar, I find at the age of 83 I have lived two lives in one body. It is marvelous to learn and experience this, and I often think of those experiences as a treasure hunt and a way to become more aware or even enlightened. Have a wonderful journey.🙏
We are saddened to read your words. Whatever happened in your life, may these video continue to comfort you, to carry and help you. Wishing all the best for life's journey and sending much love and kindness to you. Justine and Michael. 💚
Thank you for this story. So true. What we need is to be kinder to ourselves, authentic. Not someone copies, dont compare or compete with someone else. It's time to learn self-acceptance. Quit wasting time focusing on all what you are not and celebrate all that you are. Appreciate all the parts of you that brought you here today. We learn and evolve.
So sweet and inspiring. It's in the air I feel... This self care. I feel to share someone I am currently hooked on listening to, about self compassion. It's changing my days quite beautifully already. Kristen Neff. She has been on many podcasts. Highly recommended to all of us who do not speak kindly to themselves! We are enough.
Thank you so much for your kind words! It means a lot to hear that our work has connected with you in this way. Wishing you all the best too. Justine and Michael. x
Thank you for this & the vulnerability to let yourself be kind to yourself, I’m in a bad mind place right now, and this video really helped me❤ it’s hard to give yourself a break… but needed!
We are so glad we could share Tina's message with you at this time and it helped you. May life soon be brighter again. Wishing you all the best. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
You matter, I appreciate your honest genuine self of hard thoughts and being vulnerable with just trying different things that you give to yourself. Thanks for the memories of the experiences one might find out about life and what you love to do stay safe take care
So beautiful. I feel so related to Tina and that sense of life starting to slow down. And wanting it to, so whatever time is left we can let go of those parts that are no longer needed and we can focus on what can bring joy and happiness to ourselves and others. Thank you!
I love the way your lenses portray and perceive the world! The quality of your videos is so amazing that you make the most mundane task look beautiful, like sweeping! In addition to the content, the attention to the smallest detail it’s greatly appreciated!
Justine and Michael , I love your artistry ❤ And I love what I hear and see in this video. I can see in how you catch the landscape, the art Tina shows in the video. And I love the end of the film, it‘s moved me deeply, this single perfectly imperfect moment. Thank you deeply, as always 😊
I love your story. You touched me deeply. I'm working on all those lost and trauma parts and patience 😂 is a "Virtue"🙌💓Being kind to myself is all new to Me I love the ocean she heals me & I talk to plants & birds " Truly so much Beauty in this world 🙌
We are glad her message meant so much to you, may her words inspire and help you. We wish you all the best for your own journey through life. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
Oh my goodness! How this connected with me, so deep down in my being! From the first words to the last, it felt like everything you said was me, strange as that sounds! I will do better at shutting down that abusive self critic I also have. Thank you so much for sharing ❤️
We're deeply moved that the film resonated with you on such a personal level. It’s amazing that you’re ready to quiet that inner critic-we’re cheering you on every step of the way! Justine and Michael.
Thank you for your kind words. Nice to have you with us on our journey, we are so happy that the videos we share mean so much to you. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
I "want" to live a good, fulfilled life; I "need" to to do the things to achieve the goal by enjoying this life for what it is...... its just a life, nothing more......
I’m in awe and touched by your being sooo real! Your laughter is infectious. I chuckled when you said you talk to your plants, and it might be an age thing. 😂 I’m an improv storyteller. (For 3 years now. I’m 71.) I talk to my stuffed animals. And, they with me. 😂 And for the creators of this channel, thank you immensely for sharing sooo many inspirational stories of real people’s lives! New subscriber. Jacqueline

Grazie ❤.
We hear you... thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences. Try to stay strong, you can get there, you can love yourself - every day a bit more. We hope Tina's message can inspire and help you on your onward journey. Sending much love and kindness to you. Justine and Michael. 💚

I just found this AWESOME channel and I really love your content and style you guys use!
May I ask you what camera, lenses and microphones you’re using for all your interviews??
Thanks a lot!

This world is not healing friendly either 😮
What a lovely thing ❤
Lovely reflections.
I'm 73 and I love everything about it. Nothing to worry about, nowhere I have to go, unless I want to. Plenty to do, creating to my hearts desire, may it be gardening, writing, painting, whatever. Letting go of the unnecessary....doing lots of reflection and living in the moment. Life is so beautiful.

I think that's exactly my friends are all over 60 up to 75.... because at that age you know real values....btw I am 47 with 3 teens yes
When I’m “talking” to myself I start out calling myself Honey, Sweetie, etc. in a gentle tone when I’m upset with myself about something. I’m my own loving friend.
Yes,you've done some work.
@@marciaodonnell3962 So do I! I counsel and console myself in the same way that my mother did. 💕
Wow❤
Well done. Great that you are so kind to yourself in difficult moments. Much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
interesting.
When my mother was in hospice dying of cancer, I sat at her bedside and asked her if there was anything I could do for her. She looked at me and said, 'Thank you.' She said that the fact that I would ask her that question meant more than anything.
So, so touching. Thank you for sharing. Much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
The fact that Tina cries when she talks about how harsh she spoke to her says to me she's found real self love and compassion.
Touching and deep words. Much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
This dropped at the perfect moment in time. Life softens. What a wonderfully accurate description. What a beautiful inciteful soul. Beautiful, just beautiful. Thank you for making this x
You are very welcome. So happy the video reached you at the perfect moment. Much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
Self love, self forgiveness and self compassion are so necessary. Be your own kind friend. So relatable with my own life, love this story. ❤🙏🏼
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We are so happy that the video resonated with you. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
The older I get the less I care about what others think of me. What is important is that I love myself for who I am and how I might have touched the world in ways that make this world a better place for all to live in❤️
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and what's important for you. Sending you warm wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
‘No expectation of the outcome’, magical words for freedom. Thank you, Tina ❤️
💚
We often forget to give ourselves the kindness and grace we extend to others. As I turned 49 I realized I need to be grateful for myself and be more kind to myself ❤❤
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, glad her words resonated with you. Sending you warm wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
You absolutely chose the right title - that's the core of it all. To ask yourself that question: What do you need? And your life will take the right direction.
Beautifully expressed, thank you for your kind words. Much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
Touching and deep words. Thank you for sharing. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
I just turned 60 and I have learned to be kind to myself and love myself, I wish I knew this when I was young. Tina is a beautiful smart woman, and she is right, and I talk to my plants too, they grow better. Thank you for another beautiful person and video👍👍❤️❤️
Lovely words. Nice that you learned to appreciate yourself more, to be kinder to yourself. Sending you warm wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
Thank you for sharing your kind wishes and experiences. Glad her message spoke to you. Sending you warm wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
I liked her smile, and the way she said she found trust and patience from difficult beginnings. It was a lovely film, magical and relaxed and luminous somehow.
Wow, thanks so much for your kind and encouraging words, glad you enjoyed the story. Sending you warm wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
@ReflectionsofLife much love to you too❤️and to Tina
Thank you for putting our lucky lives into perspective. I hate that your life is such a struggle. I wish you ease and joy. Xx
What do I need? I need health, money and freedom. Whoever says money is not important must be insane. I need no people, I'm so over people. All I need is money, good health and freedom of living wherever I choose to live.
I wish good things for you.
Even with all the money you could t survive a flash flood like I did 2 months ago. People safe people. Community and people are important. You could t have gone out to buy anything when that happened people brought food and water from far away. I get we need a minimum amount of money to feel safe and content but you always have to ask also if you actually want money or the freedom that comes with it
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Wishing you all the best for life's journey. Kind wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
But the people are not over you, because this one sends you a hug and a flower for your heart 🤲🌺🌸💮🍀
Wait a Little Bit, perhaps 10, 15 years , and than Tell me once more, that you Like to be in your Body…
Happy New Year to the Reflections Of Life team and to all the followers of this beautiful RUclips channel. We obviously share the same precious values. 💖
Thank you for your kind words and good wishes for 2025. May it be a good year to you as well. Warmest wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
I relate to this video so much, I have always felt this way!!! being my worst enemy from the way I spoke with myself and since I discovered this channel I am trying hard to be more kinder to myself.
Your words go deep, glad the videos we share are so valuable. Sending you warm wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
Life is softening for sure , away from corporate stress, slower days, enjoying nature, family, cooking, art, creativity and freedom.. what do I want … just this ❤ very grateful ( and more of your beautiful productions of course 🙂)
So happy to hear you are enjoying these slower days. And we gladly share more videos with you. Sending you warm wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
Dear Justine & Michael.
I'm sure you know this already.
The highest compliments that one can ever be given to someone is to open up to that someone , like this beautiful women opened up to you .

Someone chopping onions? That was almost like a hug with someone I've never met.
💚
I'm always amazed when a beautiful person can feel so insecure of themselves 🙏
Touching words... Much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
To love ‘myself’ is a powerful message. Thank you for sharing your story.

You are welcome, beautiful words.
Thank you for supporting our work, it means so much to us. Warmest wishes, Justine and Michael.💚
I love that wisdom to ask 'what do you need' it's so simple and so caring. One to pop in my diary as a reminder. Thank you for another beautiful video 💚
You are welcome. So glad you enjoyed the video. Warmest wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
Thank you so much for the reminder. Trust and Be Patient 🙏🏻💛✨️
You are welcome. We are so glad her words spoke to you. Sending you warm wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
I share and resonate with many of the things that Tina says. I'm also more content with my body and my life now than when I was much younger. The beauty of the video and the place where she lives is very appreciated 💖
Beautiful message. So happy that what she shared spoke to you. Sending you warm wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
Beautifully expressed. We are glad her message resonated with you. Sending you warm wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
"Have patience and let it unfold"..words ill choice to live by as I'm going through a tough moment.. I need to trust ill get through it and things will be ok..great video thx
May her words help and carry you through this difficult time, may life soon be easier again. All the best. Much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
Beautiful. So happy the video meant so much to you. Wishing you all the best for your own journey. Sending you warm wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
Thank you for extraordinarily beautiful film. ❤
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you so much for your kindness and support, we appreciate it a lot. Much love, Justine and Michael 💚
What a gift she gave us !!!!
“No expectations of the outcome is a gift 🥰”
And also “what do you need ?”
Asking yourself when feeling anxious …
THANK YOU 🙏🏻
I needed that 🙏🏻
Wonderful that her message meant so much to you. Sending you warm wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
Thank you. What a lovely video. She seems like a beautiful sister; someone who would be an absolute joy to have tea and laughs with. I'm so happy she has found her source of strength. It was always inside the whole time🤍
Beautifully written, thanks so much. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
Tina , Thank you for reminding me to have patience, trust the process and see what unfolds in my life as I travel through difficult days of adjustment to recent widowhood and reaching my seventies. My you continue to be kind
To yourself and enjoy the life you have.
Beautiful reflection, thank you for sharing. Warmest wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
What lovely dimples you have! I'm in my early 50s and relate to your story - thank you for sharing it. Best wishes on your life journey.
So touching and kind. Warmest wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
These videos are all so, so beautiful. I love each and every one.
As you age you come into your own. You are more peaceful and happy. I am 67 and happier now than I have ever been. God bless ❤
I am 83 and totally agree with you. 🙏
So lovely that you can say this from the bottom of your heart. Nice to have you with us on our journey. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
"Patience and trust are linked." I'm going to have to explore that one.....thank you.
Glad these words spoke to you and inspired you to explore. Warmest wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
So happy her message meant much to you. Wishing you all the best for your healing journey. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
Thank you for your peace-love-energy and reminder, I feel every single words you said.
All the best for your. 🙏
So happy you enjoyed her message. Much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
Touching and caring words. Thank you also for sharing this idea of how to heal old wounds. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
@ReflectionsofLife ❤️
This is so beautiful: to slow down and be yourself
💚
What a beautiful film and message. Her story resonates with me...probably most of us. The back and forth from sadness and grief to laughter and pride...growth.... so inspiring. I was inspired by her words. And... wow!!! Those mountains. How could one not grow in the shadow of such magnificence. "As you grow older there can be this....softening of life." I've noticed the same thing. And life becoming more magical too, like she said. All of it....wonderful.
So beautifully described how much you enjoyed the video, how much her words meant to you. Thank you for telling us. Sending much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
i watch these short films everytime i need to be moved , everytime i need to remember the simplicity of life! thank you
Lovely to read that the videos we share mean much to you. Warmest wishes, Justine and Michael.
@ thank you 🙏.
We are glad her message resonated with you so deeply. Thank you for sharing these beautiful thoughts. Much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
Tina has such a lovely heart-felt smile !
We appreciate your kind words. 💚
I find great comfort in listening to all those individuals with great spirits and abilities to change for better with new beginings. But I know I cannot do that myself. I am with no country, no belongings and no home to be able to start a new beginning.
That is sad but I still enjoy seeing others finding their new beginnings.
I wish you well..
Beautifully written, so happy her thoughts resonated with you. Sending you warm wishes, Justine and Michael. 💚
So sweet and inspiring. It's in the air I feel... This self care. I feel to share someone I am currently hooked on listening to, about self compassion. When she said "she's back into her body". Simple words yet so profound💖
Nice that you enjoyed those words. 💚
I’m in awe and touched by your being sooo real! Your laughter is infectious. I chuckled when you said you talk to your plants, and it might be an age thing. 😂

Your words touch us, thank you for your words of encouragement. We are glad you enjoyed Tina's message so much. Much love, Justine and Michael. 💚
Grazie ❤.
Don't give up. You are on a journey. Don't get off the train before you experience the miracle. Remember her Patience Card.🙏
@@homemoviesandotherstuff3419 Grazie 😃💫💟
