Brown bear car wash

I do not understand why we can use vacuum cleaners behind each other and gas pumps behind each other but we can’t go to the restroom behind each other and we have memberships at this company to use their car wash on a daily basis and come into their gas station//car wash and we can’t use an essential unessential Amenity.
