Courtney is the best for all of the Denver metro area. Because of her overall knowledge and professionalism we were able to buy our new home.

Never thought Shea had good homes. This is exactly what I've been looking for! Wish there was an option for 2 additional garages. Nevertheless, best design far in Colorado! I'll be visiting to see for myself.

Hi there Tony, I have worked with most of the big builders in the Denver area many times over. (I go through the build process about 10-15 times per year with clients) I can tell you that Shea has been one of the best builders in the area in regard to both quality and customer service. If you do decide to buy with Shea at The Canyons, I believe the experience will be satisfactory. I had a client build a Shea home at The Canyons and it was a flawless experience and their home turned out amazing. And of course, if you need a Realtor, contact me.

@milehighhomesandland thank you for your reply. I will definitely be reaching out.
I've been browsing their website and it doesn't seem like they have anything in the southland/ Blackstone neighborhoods (where I prefer). I hope they consider coming this way soon. The Hyde is definitely it for me!

Wow, that's a beautiful home. Castle Pines is gorgeous. I'd love to be able to own a home there someday. I remember growing up in Littleton Castle Pines was non-existent, it seems like most of the southern burbs were barely built out back then. Crazy how fast things have changed around here. Starting at 830k? Yikes!
Thanks for the tour, love these videos.

I don’t know if your ever down in Fort Collins but if you are you should visit Kechter Farm by Toll Brothers their models are amazing.

I rarely make it up to Fort Collins. But you aren't the first person to tell me about the Toll Brothers homes at Kechter Farm so they must be pretty great!

Love watching your videos, but this one I had to mute it. The camera person kept clearing its nose and it was funny at first but than annoying as video went on. 😆

Yeah, I totally understand. My son has allergies and they were certainly acting up that week. We should have skipped filming that day.
