I know a sister in my 757 crochet group on Facebook "ONLY" did "2" braids,and installed the Jamaican Bounce. She came back and did a review, stated the hairstyle lasted 3 weeks which is the amount of weeks I leave my crochet braids. NO DAMAGE AT ALL TO HER HAIR! 👍👍👍👍 #NOMOREBRAIDPATTERNSFORME

take it out the same you do with reg. crochet braids. cut the strands and pull it out by the knot. It comes out real easy.

so my problem is how do you take it out? with braids you just clip the knots and and it slides right out.
Since this is in your real hair with no type of pattern or braid .. how do you clip it out with out cutting your hair out ? bc the crochet hair and your hair can look very similar. everyone puttin it in but how do you take it out. Im tired of cutting my hair accidently with this crochet. This looks great but i need to know how to protect my hair !

Why don't you try and do a faux locs wig using a lace frontal or a closure?? Could you do a tutorial on how to properly take down crochet style?

what if your natural hair isn't that long to put it securely in three ponytails like that? plus how long does this style last versus with cornrows?
same amount of time as cornrows. but if ur hair is short then itll just slide right out. Id have to brainstorm about that one

Sadora Paris what I have done was feed in cornrows then just did it traditional from there. my hair is a little over 5 inches long when straight so not bald. I have a good amount of hair to work with. but I'm a 3c 4a texture so it slides out after a week or so with crochet braids. ponytails only last a day or two. it stays set so I just wet it a little and put it back up. but that's what I'm dealing with
TIFFANY CONNOLLY it's gonna curl up and mat. the hair bands will hurt my head after it dries once I set it. plus the vack is sensitive so f the band's are tight enough to hold it there's a good chance I'll have major breakage on taking it out.
