Thank you for this video. Mark was my brother and my heart is sore to see him here yet I'm also happy to see how happy he was when interacting with the monkeys. Love you Mark. Rest easy with the angels my brother 😭

I absolutely love the monkeys. Anyone who hurts an animal should be locked up & the key thrown away. It's cowardly & cruel😡

Omg. Culling them would be a kindness! Is she insane. They have strong family bonds. Its no different to culling her family😡 and the typical Karen's having their comments too.😡 People are a nuisance!

They’re filthy disgusting disease ridden vermin. That one lady had it right, “they’re a damn nuisance”. The vet had the nerve to say “people don’t plant the right things in their gardens”!?!?? Those rats destroy everything they touch! Garden, yep. Vehicles, you bet. Attacked my pets and children, no doubt. I’m sorry, but if you want me to choose between invasive pests and my kids or dogs, you should be bright enough to know the answer. Damn right we shoot, trap, poison and put up razor wire to combat them! If they’re so “clever”, why do they keep coming back after they witness what befalls their brethren? The people who only have glowing things to say about these tree rats don’t have any money or property or children to worry about. They also didn’t work their asses off to get a new home in the suburbs only to have your dream home become a nightmare because of the vermin in question. Put yourself in the human’s shoes and take your emotions out of the equation…

intressting how 50% tries to save em and help them while like 50% like me, hunts them legal way. Vervets are really awful and destroy alot for farmers, ive probly been taken out atleast 9+ troops that wont leave farmers harvests, you cant live in peace with those monkeys, if they finds food they will do and do anything to get it. I know a farmer we helped serval times had hes harvest destroyed 2013 , 2014, you know thats alot of money for a family to loose and alot of lost food for people. So i cant really feel sorry for them. And the times ive hunted troops and had to put them down its been the LEGAL way.

I really worry about you trying to convince all of us, and yourself, that you were doing the right/legal thing by killing an innocent animal who was just following it's instincts. Did you try any other means to get the vervets away from the crops before killing them? Being proud of killing an innocent animal is very sad and worrying about your mental state. Thinking you/humans are above everything else is exactly why the world is in the turmoil and falling apart the way that it is. Please research and investigate how important all animals are to ensure a stable ecosystem, as well as other means to encourage them away from areas that they are not welcome, before just going out and killing them.

Are you a farmer? Do your personal crops get destroyed, or are you just using farmers as a way to justify your hunting? Before the crops and the farms, there was the natural land for Vervets to roam, so surely when land gets transformed and farmed for financial gain you need to consider the wildlife that originally existed in those areas? You don't need to feel sorry for them, I feel sorry for you for being proud of killing Vervets behind the comfort of your scoped rifle.

You must be a sick and cruel person if you are capable of killing an innocent animal, no matter what the reason.

The reason monkeys are a “nuisance” to humans is because of humans. Farmers and loggers destroy the monkeys habitat and then wonder why they take their food from the farms and buildings that destroyed said habitat.
