To be fair, a lot of Shawn Spencer's accents were a mockery of such. While I agree that Roday is an amazing actor and could do great at Voice Acting, he might not have had the right voice that the casting agency wanted. This video proves that he can try to do it, but these sound good enough (and hillarious) to me I'm not trained in recognizing or imitating accents. Maybe he did it flawlessly, but we can't be sure of it.
