Ubisoft has finally gone through enough Zenkai Boosts that they're putting out good games. They've fixed the stories of their games, they've fixed the graphics. If they can get their servers they'll finally stop taking L's at every corner.

Honestly, Ganking doesn't bother me. The game is called FOR Honor...now WITH Honor. You fight for honor, not with it, do what you can to win it. Although I AM HEAVILY gilty of being honorable, I just feel like people need to stop with the "The game is called For Honor man! Show some Honor!"
Curly Fries most high levels ppl do have some honor. Not many are good the game yet. Never met a prestige i couldnt beat. And im not even close to prestige yet.
after a while people will get tired of the ganks ... and understand that if you 2 v 1 someone and force them to get a revenge which makes them have more of an advantage ... you can parry in all 3 directions ... but the flood of ppl ganking who just got the game isnt going to end in 1 week
Taylor Williams not really,all he said was no honor,microtransactions,and servers.BUT he had more positive and pro about the game so he did not really "shit"on it,rather call out some bs for improvement in the future.
Hey TBH, this review is great but there is a problem at one point. At 6:31 that isn't a server issue, in the bottom corner you see that the bot you were fighting got replaced by an actual player. Doesn't make the servers any less trash, but that specific clip isn't an example of the bad servers. Great review keep it up TBH
I do agree there should be no micro's especially considering it sold for a triple A price and doesn't even have dedicated servers fucking 2017 and P2P.
I love TBH reviews, he actually find the real flaws in the games he play and let the people know on the real issues that others don't like to talk about.
The dlc is free which gives us new maps and modes but to get the heroes immediately you need to buy the season pass. You can still buy them with steel though. Hope this helps.
I'm glad you talked about the servers...that really needed to be addressed, and also keeping interest in the game. I still find that people don't quite get the mechanics of blocking.
Btw, they don't even use they own servers, they implemented peer to peer so players host matches, thats why there are so many host migrations and whatnot.

items can make you OP via revenge mode stacking, doesnt make you impossible to kill but makes it damn hard and takes the fun out of the game when someone gets revenge mode every few hits in 1v1 combat
Trust me. The gear can make a huge difference. I found that out the hard way when I played with a high reputation friend. It threw us into lobbies where my common gear would stand no chance. Most focused on revenge builds. Basically in a one on one situation if I attack and they block. Within five or six attacks they had revenge at the ready and quickly proceed to two hit kill everybody within reach. Gear stats make a big difference if you are fighting against somebody with inferior gear in any four versus four mode.

Game is amazing! from playing the beta I can honestly say I've never played an open beta like For Honor that impressed me so much and kept my attention when I tried switching to play other games this was constantly on my mind.

I hate ganks, but I play lawbringer and parry my way out of situations, lawbringer is fucking badass. my favorite moment was killing a gank squad of 3 wardens that kept killing my friend in dominion, I parried and jabbed with the handle, then got revenge, threw out hard hitting heavies while guarding in between, then did LB's shove and threw them into eachother, executed the last one and revived my friend, felt badass

that's crazy, i didn't expect you to mention the state of the community. the fact that people don't take 1v1ing into consideration during these 4v4 modes becomes such a nuisance. you can tell a chunk of these players are transitioning from shooters. but casual players are less worried about that sort of thing. what's worse if you'll let a player play out their 1v1, and that same player will gank you 10 seconds later. leaves a bad taste.

you can unlock new skins in this game, you earn in game currency by playing. You don't have to buy microtrandactions
