The day we run at 200 kms sp average by india made engine or indigenous high speed train , then it's an achievement, excl bullet train made supplied by Japan for Mumbai to ahmedabad
No use of running Vance Bharat without achieving 160 KMPH average speed, either improve tracks to run such trains , or give bulk contract to Chinese companies to lay specialized tracks and high speed trains on Chennai to Bangalore/Coimbatore/Mangalore.

Vandhe Bharat is cosmetically good, but when it can supposedly run at 160 kms top speed, if not least at 125 kms , average should take 4 hours from cbe to Chennai 485 kms to cover, but at 5 hours 45 mns is too slow long , same 6 hours shatabdi covers , comfort, convenience, luxury is fine , time & decent speed is more important , huge disappointment, let down
People still cross tracks and don't follow rules . And people walk on roads. If this is stopped the train can go faster. It is just indian way ,will probably take another 10 years for people to learn to stop crossing and all in tracks.
Correcting shatabdi takes 6 hrs 40mins which will translate to 7 hrs in most case and vb is nearly 1 hr faster , my take in our conditions , 1 hr save is good 👍

There's excellent luggage storage. I carried an entire suitcase (90 litres) on the luggage rack of the train.

There's enough patronage for this train to run full from Coimbatore. What Ernakulam needs is a new Vande Bharat to Chennai.

WAP 5 engine gatimann express goes at 160 kms Ave speed. It's not vandhe Bharat.
Due to accidents all trains has been restricted at 130 kmph till kavach is deployed

Track problems when it is express also ok
