I haven't been in the Philippines for over 19 years and what I've noticed about the Filipinos (in you tube videos)? Everyone speak english all the time, and that is good, the word "is" became a frequently heard word in every conversation, you hear "is" and that's it no other english word, but no worries the word "is" will come out again and get inserted in every sentence, lol, Kudos mga pinoy . >>SoCalPinoyUSA.
