A lot of modern “80s” music lacks the same use of rhythm and dynamics that’s heard in a lot of classic 80s songs, so I’m glad a group like NT is doing it right.

Saw her in dallas on the 29th, with molchat doma on dallas, she flew on the stage with such passion, I never heard of nuovo before then, but i wasn't disappointed. I even got to shake her hand, memory and a fan for life.

I'm hooked on this band, excellent vocals and songwriting. They should open for Kylie Minogue if she does a world tour.
New Earth was my favorite record of 2021. I was lucky to get to catch them play an after midnight show at Saint Vitus last December.
This new jam suggests an escalation on the dark synth pop and italo disco elements of the first record, but with an almost Japanese city pop like sensibility introduced. Very unique sound.
i flew to nyc from canada specifically for that show! started SO late but totally worth it.

One of many people who first got exposed to them via Molchat Doma’s tour.
As a Gen Z fan of 80’s synthpop I had always wished I was able to go to see HI-NRG / new wave / synthpop groups back in its heyday, it literally felt like stepping in a time machine at the show. Young people with a vintage sound, young people in the crowds, yet not a single phone in the air.
I have yet to come across a single video of their set on social media from the city I attended
I'm old enough to remember these days in Los Angeles and those were my exact thoughts. They have that mall music, HI-NRG, freestyle sound and its great.
