- How to make Steak Fries/crispy French Fries
Ingredients:
4-5 big potatoes
Frying oil
This steak fries recipe is delicious and easy to make. Cut the potatoes in thick slices then soak it in ice cold water for 5 minutes then lay it in paper towel to completely dry. Next heat oil in a medium pan cook the steak fries for 3-4 minutes then take them out they are halfway cook. Let them cool down then freeze them for 4 hours or overnight. Next heat oil in a medium pan make sure the oil is hot fry the steak fries/French fries for 4-5 minutes or until it is golden sprinkle a little salt on top. Serve them with some ketchup.
