  • In today's episode, I'm sharing a game-changing perspective: stop trying to fix yourself as if you're broken and start embracing all parts of who you are-the good, the bad, and everything in between. After 17 years in self-development, I realized that constantly viewing myself as an unfinished project only created inner conflict. Instead, integrating and accepting every part of me has been the key to true self-love and growth. Tune in to discover how to embrace your whole self and transform your relationship with yourself.

Yes! Accept the parts of me that need to change. Feels so counterintuitive but really necessary. Thank you for the reminder.❤

Firstly massive congratulations Rob on the birth of your son Zane.
You’re describing ACT which is known as the new third world CBT. It’s the best. No resistance, we all know the saying what you resist persists. The more you try and “fix” negative thoughts, feelings. Your brain recognises this and wants to serve you so gives you more to “fix”
I love your videos Rob and followed you for years.

This is really thought-provoking, thank you. I think Carl Jung would be really proud of You because you stepped into the field of analytical psychology.
