I did this but screws fell inside when I finally got it back together it stared spitting out medal pieces. I threw the lid away but still use some parts on the bottom. I think power xl should make them easy yo clean. I loved it till I went to clean it.

You need to start from the beginning to show what screws you took out. I loosened the screws but the top didn’t come off.

How did you remove the grate to get to the fan

Mr. Belle that company should make the clean of the Power XL Grill more easy. I have been using it for more than one year and is nasty looking inside. Please can you ask that company about it. I am too old for dealing with tools. But thank you for the video, is not easy for me to clean it.
