For a next vlog: could you elaborate on training planning over a longer period of time. You briefly mentioned starting with focus on 200 sets as a base, then switch to 100 pace sets. Could you elaborate on that? Does your dad do al the planning, or are you involved?

Swim gear in carry on bag - Best tip you have given to swimmers... my coach told me this when I was 11 and I always did it, later on I had team mates that had bags missing at Nationals...
Oh my god, Biltong is sooo amazing, my dad is from South Africa and he makes it all of the time. Personally I’d take that over beef jerky any day!
