    The tragic part is that Nedry never intended for things to go that wrong in the park, his plan was to shut off the surveillance and return to fix it before anything else happened. What's more is that Nedry wouldn't have accepted BioSyn's offer if Hammond had actually paid him better and not been an a-hole...

      A hole is a nice way to describe Hammond in the books. Especially in regards to how he treated nedry. Idk if a video has been done on it but they kept nedry in the dark, kept making him do more but refused to pay him for doing more, threatened to sue nedry, and slandered his name to his clients. All because they wanted him and refused to pay him more. Not surprising that he was pushed past the point of breaking.

    Honestly, the part where Nedry predicted and analyzed every step of his plan but having the whole thing gone to shit because of the unpredictable weather is a good metaphor for the entire Jurassic Park franchise.
    No matter how much humanity has planned or how much control they think have, something as simple as low visibility and wet roads can destroy it all.

      There have been fossil records of dinosaurs, predators and prey, with markings on them that match the Therizenos claws. Indicating that not only does it use them for defense but are highly territorial.

    How NOT to survive in jurassic park.. when you are driving along the road and suddenly saw a big concrete blocking your way, instead of going back, get out of the car check the surroundings neglect the fact that you are within the dinosaur infestes jungle and think of the time you wasted just by walking and go back to you car and expect nothing will happen and youll be safe.....until you weren't. I know Ned is smart but that is the dumbest thing he did. Im not a fan of horror and gore movies but I think this dark side of the story is worth to watch.

      @@zeusthefox1585 In that case, I guess the artist thought it would be more off putting like that. I agree it was very jacked. It lifted Nedry's fat body up with his jaws, so, I guess Criton wanted this thing to be more shock then anything. Have you seen the illustrations for the carnotarus? It's really creepy and weird too.

    • @fabiocosta3830
      @fabiocosta3830 Год назад

      @@zeusthefox1585 The movie had juvenile Dilophosauri. Like, they were recently hatched and were hastly placed on their habitat just for the test tour, before they were fully grown.
      They actually seem youthful and curious, like the juvenile T-rex on the book (the one that started to playing rough with that employee, and ended up pinning and killing him for food). The one checking Nedry on the movie was deciding if he was predator or prey at first. And since Nedry done nothing dangerous, he was certainly prey. I assume there were two, and the second wanted to flank Nedry, or hit him from behind. Though seeing Nedry blinded and panicked, trying to enter the Jeep, led it to consider the open door a better alternative: pounce him from inside the Jeep.
      I can be overthinking this continuity error. But eh, at least is a possibility.

    Just reminds me of an idea I have an alternate version of the dilophosaurus attack scene except it has scientifically accurate dinos so you're about goes driving through the rain then his Jeep gets stuck and play someone to the movie the car trying to get it unstuck see something close to the ground that's fine he thinks that the height of a dog and does it looks and looks back at nedry then nedry says no wonder you're extinct then the dilophosaurus stood out full height I think about six feet the biggest dilophosaurus that there ever was just a little bit over the height of an adult man so I think they might have been about the height of six feet anyway nedry is obviously scared of the dilophosaurus creeping closer illuminated by the headlights the night you put on his hand and say nice doggie then the dilophosaurus looked at his hand twisted his head a little bit want the headlights then it moved it's head closer and then sniffed nedry's hand and then bit nedry's hand and then ripped it of them eats nedry's hand nedry screams in pain then he looks at the dilophosaurus and he sees the bloody jaws of the dilophosaurus then the dilophosaurus comes in for another attack but nedry punches the dilophosaurus in the face and quickly gets in the Jeep but then there's a lot of storms coming from another attack but nedry closes the door just in time then he looks at his severed arm with the bone sticking out then he looks back at the door but these are it's not there then hear something from the other side of the Jeep somehow the door was was slightly open and the dilophosaurus slightly opens the door and crawls in then we see the barbasol can that fell out when's the dilophosaurus crawled in we see the barbasol can get buried in mud as we see the silhouette of the dilophosaurus and nedry fight in the background and then lightning strikes as we see a flashing image of the dilophosaurus clamping its draws down on nedry's head and that's it let me know what you think
