The truth is... I'm going to therapy.I'm not perfect. I may be a life coach, I may work with youth, but that doesn't mean that I am perfect. I've been going through a challenging time and I want everyone to know that it's ok to feel the way that you are feeling and that it's ok to reach out for help. Hey Tonny,
This is the first time I am commenting. I just wanted to applaud your courage for speaking your truth. Thank you for your transparency and goodwill. There are days, I feel down and horrible but I always try to brace through the weather every single day with no regrets. I wanted to tell you that you are strong and amazing. Do not let anything or anyone break your spirit, because we need your beautiful soul around forever. I think therapy is a great idea and I will consider doing that when I am ready. However, I will always be here to cheer you on!!!! Love and support you always!!!
