This is an excellent development project, with many possible uses. Paving bricks and roof tiles are simple ways to turn waste materials back into useful products and provide an income for many people.
I really like the look of this place! My only issue is that the problem is so so much bigger then this one plant can solve! We need a lot of these! I would love to see garbage getting burned to make the heat to run this process! I think incinerators/recycling facilities go really well together!

I wonder what the off gassing is? Hot weather can release chemicals into the air? I think plastics may just be a curse to humanity. I might just be safer to use it this way for now.
How do you melt plastic and styrofoam?are you melting the plastic in a open space with fire then your method is a failure because the exhauste of the plastic must be trap so as not to exposed the carbondioxide to the open air.
I want information about the machine and how much it costs and where it is obtained and its production capacity per hour and also the machine that works on the plastic grinding and processing for smelting
