I think his existence helped the demonslist. Yeah he made other top players not get the attention they deserve but looking at the actual impact he had on increasing level difficulty in this game is tremendous.
Other speculations I came up with: - Space exposal would happen around the same time cause of msg's Silent Clubstep hacked completion not being affected by all of this. - This would mean that Space would win Best Player 2022 and Acheron and Aod would most likely not swap. - Kyouki would be beaten first by Zoink and Space who both would claim it easier than Acheron (therefore it would place at #2) - Maybe Silent Clubstep would be moved up only up to 2nd position but idk about this one - Doggie would be first victor of Shitvernus - Zoink would still beat the main list and win best player 2023.
I feel like if Slh never existed (aka if Icedcave never built old Slh which would have therefore rewritten it into the current Slh after 2 failed attempts), it would have had many ups and downs

If Slaughterhouse never existed, I think many Top 1 creators will make their levels way easier, because Slaughterhouse really pushed the limits, and showed everyone that things can go far beyond the difficulty it was before. Also Zoink will probably never decide to overbuff Avernus like this, and any other of his verifications And many players will either get or lose motivation, those who lost it because they tought the game is getting too hard would probably not lose it, and some probably got motivated by something as difficult as Slaughterhouse got beaten, and that would never happen if it didnt exist

I don’t think that Spaceuk would get exposed earlier. Paqoe decided to investigate top player’s completions because of a cheater called msg. Briefly, msg’s runs were accepted on to the demon list, so Paqoe wanted to see if other cheaters had their records accepted without being quickly found out, prompting Spaceuk to be exposed. Spaceuk would only get exposed earlier if msg started cheating earlier.

I wonder what people would feel with the realization that an old top player was secretly a cheater, similar to if Dolphy, Nswish, (if they had quit shortly after verifying their top 1s) or any other former top 1 verifiers were exposed as a cheater now.
I think that Slaughterhouse is a really important level for the GD history, it pushed the limits of the game a lot and made what people thought would be humanly impossible to something that actually was achievable. It made creators try to make even harder levels, players play forgotten impossible levels. As an example we have Silent Clubstep, an old impossible level that got verified. I don´t think that people would ever attempt to beat it, if Slaughterhouse didn't get verified. REMEMBER THAT THIS IS MY THOUGHTS AND POSSIBLY NOT WHAT'S REAL. Why does avernus have to be the same difficulty? This is assuming its following the same timelije but this has factor like Acheron being easier, and kyouki been top 1 for a while. Avernus id say would be top one but not the same version and still aids to play... I have an idea for a gd channel. So the name of the channel would be named “What if? [GD] And each video would be explaining what if this and that happened in the gd community.

Hard Machine would have been as high as #3 when it moved above Tartarus. It was too low to be top 1.
