I participated in the MMTCP training in the 2019-2021 cohort and can attest to what Tara and Jack say here. My own practice has deepened and the discipline of teaching continues to teach me. Practicing and sharing the practice of mindfulness with others has become the heart of my life. The feedback about the fruits of their practice from those who practice regularly is the greatest gift. It gives me a sense of contributing to a movement in our precious world toward more awareness, more connection, more compassion and more sanity! Don't hesitate to join them if you feel called!!
Beautifully stated, Tara and Jack. Meditation is extremely valuable to elevate Humanity. Thank you so much for working for peace 🙏❤😊 Sending you love from my part of the world 🙌😊
I have followed both of you for years and I am grateful for your insights and wisdom, but folks, this is a promo-video for a teacher training course, that's fine, just title it as such. Thanks .
@@theronwatson3155 seriously? So someone who lost a house to a fire inflicted that upon themselves? Did you study Law of Attraction too? Where’s the compassion in your statement?
It’s $7,800 for 24 months ($325/month). Doesn’t sound accessible to all. They say we can offer these teachings as “gifts” - gifts/offerings are freely given. I’d like to know how they came to this price? Vipassana meditation centers are volunteer run - international - and donation based. That’s the traditional way of teaching/learning meditation. However, capitalism makes it an exclusive rather than inclusive practice. ❤
I've got a solution for you! Find a time of day where you know you won't be distracted/bothered for 15 minutes. Turn off your phone, TV, music...whatever is on. Sit in a comfortable chair. Close your eyes and follow your breath. Start by doing that for 5 minutes. Commit to this practice, once a day for two weeks, increasing the time if you can (took me a month to get past 5 minutes!) Try doing it twice a day too, if you can. Then watch what happens in your life. FREE!! Enjoy.

Thank you, Tara, for showing up with love ❤
Thank you, Tara. Thank you.
so very grateful for the practice... and still... wobbly, but less so than I would be without practice.

Mindful presence allows me autonomy to confidently allow people to experience the pain they have afflicted upon themselves

Maybe you can check and see if they offer scholarships for those who don't have the means to afford this course?
I would be far more anxious had the election gone the other way.
🙏
Why? I’m really just curious. I don’t know what end is up these days.
@ the last four years perhaps? 🤡
@@ericajacknin4828 agree!
Can you explain why you feel that way?
