I know no one will see this but this aged incredibly badly. In just 18 months from these comments the store, and luxury retail in general, had been totally decimated. It’s an amazing moment as the last aspirations of high end retail.
Nordstrom has better customer service. The new Nordstrom is opening later this year near Colombus Cirlcle a few blocks away from Bergdorf's. Neimans can be awful when it comes to customer service,.

Neiman deserves what happen to them ,the marcus no longer own the store,the been going down for years

Neiman Marcus has not been a luxury department store for 30 years.
Neiman Marcus is my favorite store. Their personal shoppers, customer service and online shopping is like no other store.
They are near bankrupt...
