What happened to the mushrooms after 20 min of cooking? Did you whiz it? Also looks like it was cooked way down after soy milk was added?

While cooking, the volume of mushrooms will be halved and the water will evaporate a little. You are a precise person.👌🏻
The pot was small for this amount of ingredients, I took about 3 ladlefuls from the soup before pouring the milk.💚
