its super easy .....when you log in to Ventura Volume.....with the help of finder go to Sonoma volume( home folder) and copy all of your data into Ventura volume......just copy paste
Good although it's a very safe process but It's always recommended that backup your data on an external drive or Cloud storage for fast reply please email me on mzlearningworld@gmail.com Best of luck
Cool video, but you just skip over the part about how to transfer all the data from Sonoma to Ventura without losing your data. Arguably the most important step.
It’s very easy login to Ventura then navigate to sonoma drive and copy your data then paste it on Ventura hope it’s clear now For more useful videos like this, please subscribe to the channel. Thanks for watching. Have a nice day.

Hi. To downgrade your Mac, follow these steps 1. Create a partition of 17GB or more on your hard drive and make it bootable, just like you would create a bootable USB drive. 2. Boot your Mac from this partition. 3. Please note that while in macOS Recovery, do not delete or erase your 17GB partition. 4. Before downgrading, make sure to backup your data. or you can use this method ruclips.net/video/7rZRTAAsfK8/видео.html If anything else please feel free contact me again For more useful videos please subscribe to my channel. You're welcome! If you have an Apple Silicon Mac such as M1, M2 or M3, please keep in mind that before downgrading, it's important to first backup your data. Then, you can create a bootable USB drive or bootable partition from your hard drive. This will ensure a smoother downgrade process for your Mac.
Hello, I need your help. I have a MacBook Pro, model 2012, and I am trying to install Windows 10. I made a mistake by deleting all the partitions, and nothing appears for me during booting except for Windows 10. I think I deleted anything related to the Mac system, even when I press the Alt button during booting, the section for the Mac does not appear.
This did not work for me, I could not install Ventura from the current version ☹

I got problem, once I upgraded to Sonoma. Suddenly got remote management MDM pop up, and then it's locked. Any way out? Thank you.
Did you purchase an MDM lock Mac? This issue only occurs when using an MDM lock Mac or downloading macOS from sources other than Apple.
