How come there's no comment yet on this very pleasant leaf through of Gregory Halpern's great ZZYZX book ? Not that I am an uppest man (indeed I'm a bit of a worrier at times tho' !), but this is so peaceful, sightworthy to go through these images/photographs. What a talented eye, what a great visual artist ! Anyway, thank you very much to share this with us, cheers from France ;-).
my favorite part about this series is how he captures all of the little details that are unique to the region. If you are from LA or Southern CA you can immediately relate to some of these "landmarks". He captures the place without spelling it out.
Yes, I admit I am a bit sceptic when it was released few years ago but this is a solid book. Its publisher also will reprint this again for this month release.

Every time I watch this, it feels different... I don´t know how he did this, but it´s brilliant!
