These seem too hard for your rugged streets. I'd be curious if you like them more on wood surfaces or in a smooth skate park with ramps and transitions. If speed in the streets is what you want, hard wheels will be uncomfortable as well as wasting energy bouncing up and down, whereas softer wheels will soak up bumps and cracks better to allow for better forward momentum. It's similar with cars. On a smooth race track a stiff suspension has better handling, but it would be trash off-road. For rough off-roading you need a vehicle with lots of suspension travel.

These wheels for me were very durable but gripped so much i couldn't slide on them. Strange to see the opposite here =\

Even after wearing off the grippy outer layer? 90A is about as hard as you get for street wheels, so weird if yours were super grippy. Maybe inconsistent manufacturing?

@@LadyBovine I wore them for months at the local rink, i have this technique i use where i swoop out my back leg to slow down/stop, and i use it to wear in wheels, but with those wheels they don't swoop i just end up doing a circle lol.
