Its a buff, tought he cost alot more to max now, but he is prob alot powerful if u use future clock.

@@PSICOPATO7282 It is a lower cost "buff" but in the game it is not useful for me, I prefer it to be expensive and have a lot of damage than to be easy to improve. now his dps lowered to 814k It is only "fixed" with the future large clock buff but if you don't have it it is more difficult to use in nightmare
